Parteneriat pentru ce litoral?
Iniţial am vrut să postez un text despre schimbarea mentalităţilor şi despre cum oamenii trebuie să ţină pasul cu vremurile. Poate că o să-l pun la un moment dat. Acum însă vreau să vă vorbesc despre un alt subiect: plaja. Şi nu orice plajă, ci aia pe care n-o s-o puteţi face anul ăsta pentru că n-o să aveţi unde. Sau poate o să se lanseze o nouă modă, să se închirieze spaţii în parcări pentru prosoape. În loc să-ţi parchezi maşina, vii devreme, prinzi loc la buza parcării, arunci prosopul şi gata, te-ai asigurat de o baie de soare.
Prieteni, nu e de glumă! Deşi PUZ-ul s-a votat din timp, construcţiile ilegale sufocă plajele şi se ridică în continuare, falnice, fără nicio problemă. Bucureştiul a venit cu ministere, cu departamente de control, cu toţi directorii posibili - cred că n-a mai rămas niciunul în iadul ăla de oraş - ascunzîndu-se după Parteneriatul pentru litoral. Parteneriat pentru ce? Poate pentru protecţia osului pe care vor să-l roadă toţi în vara asta. Şi s-au aşezat în bătaia aerelor condiţionate, ne-au chemat şi pe noi şi s-au pus pe discutat.
M-au învinuit că am părăsit şedinţa. Fraţilor, treaba asta nu se face cu coatele pe birou şi pantalonii transpiraţi de atîta stat pe scaun.
Eu am venit cu soluţii concrete, cu dovezi, cu date, cu adrese, cu plîngeri la Parchet, gata să fac ceva şi am găsit o adunătură care se ţinea de buzunare de teamă să nu le cadă osul.
În tot timpul ăsta, la 300 de metri de marea şedinţă, un alt beach-bar se ridica cu viteza luminii, fără nicio jenă. M-am săturat de şedinţe şi discuţii. Le-am propus să se descalţe şi să intrăm pe plajă să vadă concret despre ce este vorba. Credeţi că a făcut-o vreunul? Hotelierii şi reprezentanţii patronatelor le-au propus acelaşi lucru şi, pentru că nu s-a întîmplat nimic, au părăsit şi ei şedinţa. Vă daţi seama? Parteneriatul pentru Litoral cu prefectul şi cu Babu şi oameni de la Bucureşti şi în absenţa beneficiarilor direcţi. O ruşine!
Directorul DADL, Babu, dă termene peste termene pentru demolări. Din 13 martie, de cînd a promis solemn că-şi va face treaba pentru care este plătit, m-am săturat eu să îl tot aud. Probabil că este plătit, dar nu pentru ca să-şi îndeplinească atribuţiile de director DADL pentru că altfel nu-mi explic de unde toată încăpăţînarea asta. Îmi spune mie că de ce nu-i dărîm?! În 2004 am intrat cu buldozerele peste ei, că-mi dădea voie legea. Acum am făcut tot ce mi-a stat în putinţă. Dacă ar fi pe domeniul Primăriei, i-aş demola acum. Dar plajele sînt în administrarea DADL. E vorba de bani mulţi la mijloc, altfel nu-mi explic cum toată gaşca cu prefect, cu prim ministru, cu director DADL cu tot se lasă mînjiţi în halul ăsta.
Constănţenii trăiesc de pe urma turismului care, iată, devine imposibil de practicat. Turismul în Constanţa va avea nevoie de un ghid pentru ca turiştii veniţi la mare, la plajă, să poată găsi nisipul printre beach-baruri. Este o ruşine! DADL nu vrea să Ie demoleze pentru că nu vrea să-şi strice reaţiile cu contractorii şi să piardă banii pe care aceştia îi plătesc. Se numeşte „relaţie contractuală". Iar ăştia de la Bucureşti mai discută vreo săptămînă şi peste încă una vor ajunge la o concluzie...
Eu ce să mai zic? Ziceţi voi!!!

puzderia aia de beach-baruri evazioniste nu fac decat sa sporeascsa kitschul din mamaia...si constantenii au inceput deja sa aleaga alte plaje mult mai putin "selecte" dar mai spatioase. daca "luxoasa" plaja modern a inceput sa fie mai cool decat plaja din mamaia atunci e grav :D

De boschetarii, perversii si cainii din zona plajei Modern (mai exact zona cunoscuta popular ca "3 papuci") cand o sa scapam? Acolo e salbaticie curata, fratilor! De ani de zile e o mizerie prin boschetii aia si ti-e frica sa mergi neinsotit (a) pe acolo chiar si la orele de varf pentru o zi de plaja!

Pai normal...aia fac bani pe numele dumneavoastra,pt ca aia care dau bani sa vina din tara la mare, nu or sa-i injure pe cei de la DADL,ci tot pe Mazare,ca n-a facut....Acum Modernul este mai populat decat Mamaia,pacat ca-ti rupi masina in drum spre plaja din cauza gropilor.Dar si acolo au inceput sa amplaseze tot felul de baruri si barulete...dar ce sa facem..asta-i Romania.Tara lu Basescu nu? Eu va sustin oricum si va urez mult succes in continuare!

macar de-ar fi doar atat...macar de-ar fi doar spatiul si privelistea...vin la mare si hopa, de la fiecare rahat de beach-bar alta melodie ritmata in zgomot maxim, care mai mult sperie in general...alt bass suparat...alt zgomot si ritm obositor...fratilor, vin la mare sa ma relaxez nu vin sa ma obosesc...acu' 2 ani tin minte ca mergeam de la sor'mea din Tomis Nord pe jos pana la "butoaie", sa ma pot relaxa...tin minte ca atunci se renova "Vega"..revenind, nu se poate frate sa mergi la mare si sa stai intr-un stres continuu...cat despre calitatea plajei...am vazut si rahati plutind pe plaja la "Flora"...wtf...

consider ca nu numai starea plajelor este deplorabila......dar fie daca despre plaje vb .....parerea mea este ca nu numai in parcari vom ajunge sa facem plaje...deja ma gandesc sa terasez blocul...caci....imi voi intinde prosopul la soare pe bloc si apoi voi incerca sa imi croiesc drum pana la mare sa ma bucur de o baie...din pacate...si apa marii este atat de murdara incat IMI ESTE GREATA sa intru in ea...ne speriem ca ne mananca plaja...si ca incet incet nisipul este inghitzit de apa...dar langa REX un ditaimai hotelul a aparut.....alora nu le-a fost oare frica sa ridice asa mastodont pe PLAJA.......cine le-a dat aprobare sa ridice asa ceva pe plaja...pe nisip.....???...si inca o problema...s-au concesionat plajele de catre hotelieri....sozlonguri si umbrelutze...plaja majestic ..plaja flora....plaja rex....plaja vega...plaja etc.....una langa alta....eu sunt constantean....si vreau sa merg cu prosopul....unde??? caci bani ca sa stau pe plaja nu dau.......consider ca este dreptul meu sa stau pe plaja GRATIS.....caci asa am crescut ... cu putza in nisip si nasu plin de muci........acum baiatul meu in loc sa se bucure de nisip in fund......sta pe sezlong.....am evoluat...??????

probabil nu mai au loc sa construiasca baruri pe partea cealalta pietonala dar ... chiar si asa....se poate face o campanie de informare pentru turisti eventual. ....daca oamenii construiesc pe plaja banuiesc ca se asteapta la un profit, nu? e si vina noastra, daca alegem sa "vizitam" si sa ne lasam banii pe la astfel de beach/baruri.

asa cum se intampla toate in tara noastra cea draga asa se intampla si in mamaia.mai rasare peste noapte un bar pe plaja,mai rasare pe spatiul verde de la lac sau spre mare inca un bloc cu apartamente rezidentiale ,si mai rasare te miri ce.o sa vina o vreme cand nu o sa mai fie nimic de furat si o sa ne unim fortele tot noi astia care vrem si acum si o sa trecem la creerea conceptelor si punerea lor in aplicare coerent pentru litoral.sa nu disperam se va intampla lucrul acesta mai devreme sau mai tarziu caci nu putem merge decat inainte.in concluzie eu cred ca in romania in general in momentul actual "nu se vrea"

N-am ajuns pe plaja anul acesta, dar ceea ce-am vazut la televizor m-a infiorat. Si-asa faceam plaja inainte la iesirea din Mamaia, ca sa am cat de cat un pic de spatiu pe langa mine, dar acum...cred ca ajung la Sulina! Recunosc faptul ca nu cunosc Legea electorala...., dar nu s-ar putea face un referendum la nivel local, prin care sa spunem cine sa administreze plajele? Sau sa se stranga semnaturi pe strada, prin care sa cerem ca plajele sa fie administrata de Primarie? Sau...exista vreo solutie, pana la alegerile parlamentare din toamna? Cu siguranta ca cei care v-am votat acum doua saptamani, va vom sustine si in aceasta campanie!!! Doamne, ajuta!!!

@ioanna: multumesc pentru sustinere. pai normal, cine stie de DADL. turistul vine la mare sa faca plaja si sa se plimbe. Dedesubturile acestei probleme nu-i privesc pe turisti si mi se pare si nrmal sa fie asa.

@serban: ma serbane, daca-ti zic ca si curatenia de care pomenesti este tot responsabilitatea DADL o sa zici ca exagerez. Dar asa este. muzica? probabil ca va fi in continuare o problema. Daca DADL nu reuseste sa demoleze "contractorii", cum sa vina inspectorii de la OPC si sa-i amendeze ca au muzica prea tare? Nu e un paradox. Adica, astia functioneaza oricum ilegal, parca mai conteaza pentru ei o amenda in plus?

@cataalinn: s-ar putea ca terasarea blocului sa fie o solutie, dar oricum n-o sa poti face baie din cauza zecilor de metri de alge de pe tarmul marii :). Nu stiu, frate, m-am saturat si eu, ca si voi! Concesionarea plajelor ar fi trebuit sa reprezinte o solutie daca ar fi fost facuta conform legii!

@oana: onuta, ai dreptate, doar ca nu poti spune turistilor "bai, nu va duceti la beach-barul x, ca este ilegal". Am mai spus-o si o repet: defavoarea pe care ne-o face noua, constantenilor, aceasta situatie este uriasa. pe turisti nu-i intereseaza problemele din bucatarie. Ei doar vin, constata si pleaca dezamagiti!

Nu am stiut pana acum in responsabilitatea cui este intretinerea plajelor etc. Dar, sincer, nici nu cred ca am rabdare sa inteleg foarte mult din toate increngaturile astea. Tot ce pot sa spun este ca litoralul romanesc este total neatractiv (in afara de Mamaia, care are un nou look) pentru romani, motiv pentru care tot mai multi aleg sa isi petreaca concediile in alte tari calde. As vrea sa se faca ceva, iar cineva sa ia fraiele in maini! Cred ca e important ca cineva sa isi asume aceasta lupta!

Eu mi-am asumat aceasta lupta, insa nu o pot duce de unul singur pentru ca plajele nu sint in administratia locala. Daca ar trece la noi, problema s-ar pune cu totul altfel.

Hai sa iti spun eu ce zic- Eu vreau sa fac plaja PE NISIP ,sunt constantean si nu ma poti obliga sa imi cumpar sezlong cu 250 mii ZILNIC ,ar insemna sa am un salariu de peste 1000 euro ca sa imi permit asta,lucru care in constanta ,ramane doar o GLUMA BUNA.2-plaja e DOMENIUL PUBLIC ,deci daca vreau sa fac plaja PE NISIP la 2 metrii de apa,AR TREBUI SA FAC,nu sa ma oblige ala sa iau sezlong sau sa ma duc sa fac in spate..pe faleza eventual unde trece minicar-ul,da??3- Ma duc in mamaia la un hotel,vreau sa intru la piscina,si spun-ok..200 mii intrarea,poftiti banii.Raspuns-Aaaa..sunteti cazat in hotel?NU!! Noi iesim SEARA DE SEARA,ca vrei nu vrei tot in Mamaia iesi si culmea,platim acelasi pretz pe produse ca un TURIST care poate a strans bani de venit la mare UN AN ca sa stea 10 zile,deci ala isi permite ca de aia a venit,dar NOI CE VINA AVEM-NOI STAM AICI TOATA VARAAAAAA!!!!??TURISTI LA NOI ACASA..bine zis!!Eu inteleg ca vreti sa faceti Mamaia statiune de lux,dar nu luati in calcul si variantele constantenilor care devin de la an la an ZERO.Mai ramane sa ne puneti si noua taxa la bariera si cu asta ,devenim turisti si noi ca..pe o shaorma dau aceeasi bani ca un turist,pe o cola la fel,pe o piscina la fel,pe un sezlong la fel..etc.Intrebare- NOI CE FACEM?????? Este cea mai tampita idee pe care am auzit-o. Raspund la acest comment pentru ca aici am apucat sa citesc in intregime. Eu nu am mai auzit de asa ceva nicaieri in lumea asta. Gandeste-te din perspectiva turistului. Ti-ar conveni sa mergi in alta parte, tu sa platesti preturile cu adaos-ul comercial specific, dar cei care locuiesc acolo, sa plateasca pret de fabrica? Sunt sigur ca ai zice "Ce e cu porcaria asta!? Nu e corect! ".

Hmmm .... daca nici primaria si nici Radu Mazare nu poate face nimic , eu nu stiu . Singura idee care-mi vine este sa facem schimb , adica : in loc sa punem prosoapele in parcate ptr putin soare mai bine mutam beach-barurile in parcare si asa avem plaja liber :D . Domnul primar sa faca un acord cu acei comercianti ,iar parcarile sa le face inainte de barierele din Mamaia , iar taxele barierei sa fie taxa de parcare si asa s-ar mai curata si mamaia de atatea masini . Eventual sa punem niste autobuze ptr a facilita un pic transportul in statiune, fara noxe , fara zgomot de masini , claxoane ,accidente si alte prostii ... Asta e solutia mea , as vrea un raspuns :) . Am si eu o intrebare de 150 de puncte : Blogul asta chiar e scris de Domnul Primar Radu Mazare? chiar exista timp pentru bloguri? Multumesc!

d/nule primar... onuta? :) .... Revenind: pe multi ne deranjeaza si cred ca nici turistilor nu prea o sa le convina sa se inghesuie pe plaja ca sardelele. Multi dintre constanteni au prieteni care vin vara pe litoral. Nu cred ca li s/ar cere marea cu sarea daca ii roaga se evite acele baruri. Prietenii care vor veni anul acesta la mine in vizita desi stau unde doresc de mers sa manance si sa se distreze vor merge in special acolo unde le recomand(pentru ca nu vor sa riste) asa ca ... cine are cunostine care vin la plaja in Mamaia ar putea proceda la fel....

Io, ca bucurestean, vin si intreb: ce dracu` e DADL asta ????????? Ca sa stiu pe cine injur cind mai vin pe la mare. Ca pentru bariera de la Mamaia stiu. Auzi, dom` primar, prin Bucale se vorbeste ca ar trebui sa se ia o taxa pentru toti provincialii care vin aici la spitale, la ministere, la Parlament, la Guvern, la unitatile culturale si asa mai departe. Ca de-aia e aglomeratie aici, nu credeti, oameni buni ?

In Mamaia vii sa te distrezi, nu vii sa te operezi pe creier! DADL = Directia Apelor Dobrogea Litoral, adica institutia care administreaza plajele si care nu este in stare sa faca nimic bun in privinta asta!

Daca primaria a ramas neputincioasa ce se mai poate face? Chair nu exista nici osolutie indiferent cat pasnica sau nu e?.. E incredibil ce se intampla, Domnu Mazare o solutie sau o cale pe langa nesimtirea unor oameni nu gasiti? Cred ca daca maca jumatate din locuitorii Constantei ar face o petitie sau si-ar sustine cauza s-ar face ceva, pana la urma e plaja lor, daca o vor trebuie si ei sa va sustina si sa lupte impotriva dobitocilor din Bucuresti.

raul, am sa repet, desi totul a fost explicat foarte clar: daca plejele ar fi in subordinea Primariei, miine as intra cu buldozerul si i-as darima, cum am mai facut-o! Insa asa, nu se poate. Darimarea acestor constructii este responsabilitatea acestui DADL si al acestui director DADL, Ghe. Babu. Primaria a facut tot ce i-a stat in putinta. Nu vezi ca vin sa discute si stau cu fundurile pe scaun cautind... solutii... si gasind... timp de pierdut? Nici macar Departamentul de Control al Guvernului (nu ne mira :)) si Ministerul de Turism nu reusesc sa-l urneasca pe Babu!

Am ramas un pic blocat la partea in care Constanta traieste din turism...de cand asta?, ce ii lipseste orasului asta sa poate face si industrie, si alte servicii practicabile mai mult de trei luni pe an ?? de ce intr-un oras port cum este Constanta nu ne focusam decat pe plaja si distractii ??....eu am 22 de ani si probabil ar trebui sa ma incante ideea de a avea cat mai multe locuri fun, in schimb nu e asa. As vrea sa vad mai multe multinationale in Constanta, o piata serioasa a locurilor de munca...toata lumea vrea sa lucreze barman sau chelner?...eu cred ca nu

Alex, problema este mai complicata decit atit. Te inteleg insa multinationalele pe care le vrei tu aici nu vin decit daca se pot baza pe cifra de afaceri a Constantei. Afacerile se fac in... turism!!! De aici vin banii! In rest, ce sa-ti spun? Ca orasul nostru are cel mai mic somaj din tara, si nu ma refer aici la cele trei luni de sezon. daca esti baiat destept, cu facultatea terminata, nu cred ca nu-ti poti gasi de lucru si altceva decit chelner si ospatar :) Turismul nu inseamna locuri fun pentru tinerii constanteni!!!

Alex, de fapt, Constanta traieste din doua surse: turismul si portul. De ce sa ne apucam sa ducem aici nu stiu ce industrie poluanta, cand putem trai din ce ne-a lasat Dumnezeu? Alte popoare reusesc sa traiasca din turism...si o duc bine! Oare, noi de ce nu vrem?

Da, de cand urmaresc acest blog, am inteles cum sta cu partea administrativa si cu DADL-ul....nebunie curata!!! Va admir pentru tenacitatea cu care va luptati pentru a rezolva problemele orasului si pentru nervii de fier pe care ii aveti...!!! Mult succes!

Aia care construiesc ilegal isi scot parleala vara asta pana se elucideaza treaba cu amenda si dupa mai departe mai contesteaza odata de 2 ori pana se uita , ca asa e la noi in Romania. Eu unu zic clar ... PETITIE, REFERENDUM sau cum vrem noi sa-i zicem ... de ce? pai trece sezonu ,daca omului ii faci impresia din start bai Mamaia = gunoi , pai cine-ti mai vine? unii o sa ramana cu aceasi impresie chiar si daca nu va mai fii asa. Mi se pare o porcarie ca X din Afganistan(bucurestenii aia de la putere) sa decida soarta litoralului romanesc practic imaginea Constantei si de ce nu ,daca e cineva care gandeste la bucuresti, si IMAGINEA ROMANIEI , dar de daca X a falimentat Portul Constanta ,care a fost destul de jmeker el acu ceva timp(portul) si se poate vedea chiar si dupa arhitectura existenta a cladirilor ramase acolo, de ce n-ar face-o in continuare si cu LITORALUL. Eu unu aduc minim 30 persoane care vor vota afirmativ povestea in prima ora de la initiere. Banuiesc ca banii alocati unui asemenea eveniment nu sunt extra mega tera pentru ca se pot face atat online cat si prin tabere amplasate strategic.

Nici eu nu fac parte din nici un partid politic dar cred ca ar trebui sa vedem si ce au facut alti primari inainte sa aruncam cu noroi. E adevarat ca toti care ajung sus fura, dar macar sa faca ceva si pentru oras si in constanta cu siguranta s-a facut. Sunt din alt oras venita la facultate si pot face comparatie cu alt oras condus tot de un psd-ist. Deci clar partidul nu conteaza daca nu te duce capul. La statiunea Mamaia ar mai fi multe de facut dar macar Constanta seamana a oras spre deosebire de unele care au doar denumirea de oras ca in rest....Cu insectele care ne streseaza s-ar putea face ceva totusi si asteptam si niste posturi pentru cei care au terminat administratie publica :)) Bafta in noul mandat!!!

Deci asa, plajele din Constanta si probabil si Mamaia au trecut de domeniul viitorului. Domnu Mazare propun alceva....intrati intro noapte cu buldozerele si ingropatile cotetele in nisip si dupa ziceti ca a fost cutremur in noaptea precedenta, tiati-le curentul, apa... pe motivul de probleme aparute, mai datile foc din cand in cand...deh a fost luna prea puternica si sa aprins cocioaba : etc. Acuam serios eu zic sa nu mai va facet nervi cu intalnirile comisilor de control si altele, e clar ca treaba asta este "sponsorizata" de undeva de sus prin minister si chiar nu ar avea de ce sa va asculte. Adica pentru ce sa piarda ciolanul, pentru oameni, pentru turisti ca sa stea ei mai comod si normal pe plaja.. Ha! de cand ii pasa cuiva din guvern sau minister de populatie, de cand popuatia este pe primul loc inainte celor economice, economice pt ei personal bineinteles nu pt tara? Nu faceti decat sa va faceti nervi degeaba si fara rost, mai bine inchideti ochii si o lasati asa, va veti lupta cu ei continuu toata vara si tot degeaba. Daca nu intra populatia constantei pe capul lor sa le faca scandal si sa vada ca nu au sanse ..nu se rezolva nimic. Inteleg ca momentan nu sunt in administrarea Primariei Cta ( desi cred ca faci tot posibilul pentru a corecta acest lucru :)) ), totusi curatenia tine de noi toti sau mai bine zis LIPSA ei ne afecteaza pe noi toti!!! Chiar nu pot fi sanctionati proprietarii / administratorii plajelor ??? Zilnic, ciclic ... makar atat sa faca in schimbul micii averi pe care o realizeaza pe timp de sezon !!!

Datorita constructiei de la Midia - Navodari , curentii au fost schimbati inspre largul Marii Negre astfel incat aluviunile (nisipul) nu mai ajung sa se depuna pe plaja de la Mamaia . Pe masura ce timpul o sa treaca plaja se va ingusta si mai mult iar undeva in larg va "rasari" o insulita . Pe noi nu ne incalzeste treaba asta . Eu cred ca solutiile sunt in alta parte , decat cui i s-a inchiriat "bucatica" de plaja. De ce nu consultati niste ingineri de ch ?

aveam o mare admiratie pentru persoana lui radu mazare ca om politic mai new edge ,mai ales si cu ajutorul pentru deschiderea bamboolui, dar ce s-a intamplat cu tan-tan-ul e cea mai josnica fapta, era singurul loc din mamaia unde te puteai simti bine pe plaja ziua, nu cred ca nu era o rezolvare indiferent de felul ei, pentru a nu il demola, imi facusem rezervare in mamaia pentru weekendul acesta dar la auzul stirei am anulat-o, pentru ca nu mai ai unde sa faci plaja si sa te si distrezi in mamaia, decat cele cu hamsii si manele, care cred ca vor dainui mereu, mai ales ca suntem un grup mare de prieteni care de la deschiderea bamboolui de 1mai, cand am fost si vecini de masa, am venit cam in fiecare weeknd in mamaia si vroiam sa facem la fel pe toata perioda verii, prea putin ma intereseaza restul problemelor din constanta si mamaia, mai ales mamaia care desi e plina tot timpul, arata ca un cos de gunoi, si o statiune de tip amara bai.

Nu pot face nimic. Totul se bazeaza pe minciuni si promisiuni false. Am facut cererile cu nr.21397 din 11.02.2008,21494 din 11.02.2008, 21393 din 11.02.2008, cerere loc parcare de aproximativ 3 saptamani, cerere proces verbal terminare lucrari cu nr. 65610 din 25,04,2008(termen rezolvare 30 zile.). de atunci am incercat , am luat legatura cu cei care trebuiau sa rezolve aceste cereri, m-am deplasat la confort urban si dupa toate astea am primit numai minciuni. Imi pare rau pentru ca am incercat sa fac ceva frumos si am crezut ca voi putea ajuta oamenii din acest colt al Constantei. M-am inselat. Cu toate astea va doresc tot ce e mai bun.

Lasand la o parte beach`barurile...probabil ati observat cate portiuni destul de mari de umbrelute si sezlonguri exista pe plaja..una langa alta-una langa alta. Nu zic sa nu existe cateva...dar chiar asa am ajuns? sa nu avem loc sa ne amplasam un prosop ceva decat langa gunoaiele postate de Primarie sau langa vre`un beach`bar sau langa vreo mica "parcare" de skyjet`uri. Maine,poimaine ne vom lua prosoape care vor pluti pe apa..poate asa vom avea vre`o saptamana doua loc pe plaja caci porma cine stie ce mai apare si prin apa. SI IN PLUS..nu inteleg ce ati avut cu Tan-Tan`ul. Parerea mea e ca era cel mai bun loc unde puteai sa faci plaja in Mamaia. Sunt multe altele ilegal amplasate care zac de destul timp pe plaja, zone fantome, de care multa lume nu stie deoarece sunt "sterse",dar in schimb sunt ilegale si pe nimeni vad ca nu deranjeaza lucrul asta! (oare de ce?) Stiti vaporatsul "Speranta"?...In acest caz pot sa spun ca "Speranta moare ultima!" !!!

Tan-Tan a fost demolat in urma unei sentinte din 2006. la fel s-a intimplat si la Kudos, care a fost demolat ilegal. Mai ai putina rabdare. Cu prosoapele este alta poveste: si aici DADL este vinovat pentru ca, potrivit legislatiei, 20% din suprafata plajei trebuie rezervata de catre operatorul de plaja pentru cei care vor sa-si puna prosopul. Spune-mi tu pe cite dintre plaje se intimpla asta?

Am infiintat Politia Comunitara, care in prezent se ocupa doar de problemele de siguranta traficului rutier, dar in curand marim schema si o sa se ocupe si de problemele de ordine publica. In cazuri de-astea o sa trimiti o sesizare la Directia Politiei Comunitare si ei se vor ocupa de problema.

Am facut cererile cu nr.21397 din 11.02.2008,21494 din 11.02.2008, 21393 din 11.02.2008, cerere loc parcare de aproximativ 3 saptamani, cerere proces verbal terminare lucrari cu nr. 65610 din 25,04,2008(termen rezolvare 30 zile.). de atunci am incercat , am luat legatura cu cei care trebuiau sa rezolve aceste cereri, m-am deplasat la confort urban si dupa toate astea am primit numai minciuni. Imi pare rau pentru ca am incercat sa fac ceva frumos si am crezut ca voi putea ajuta oamenii din acest colt al Constantei. M-am inselat. Cu toate astea va doresc tot ce e mai bun. ".?????? Nu de alta dar deja o craca enorma , uscata bineinteles, a cazut chiar langa niste masini.... a..... ce cautau masinile acolo.. doar nu este parcare(asa cum mi s-a promis), e doar un loc pe alocuri pietruit, iar cand ploua trebuie sa iei cizmele sa intri in scara . ASTA E. Poate data viitoare craca va cadea pe niste copii care trec frecvent pe ecolo. Dar ce cauta copii acolo.....ca doar nu e loc de joaca...e doar moloz, sticle, pet-uri(asta e vina bineinteles a locatarilor) si nu un loc de joaca asa cum ni s-a promis.

m-am interesat de cererile tale, si am vazut ca ti s-a trimis raspuns la fiecare in parte, inclusiv conformarea de primire de la posta am vazut-o. Propunerea mea este sa ceri audienta la director Gospodarire Comunala Tolea si sa ma tii la curent. Iti dai seama ca nu pot sa stiu eu care este treaba cu fiecare din cele peste 200.000 de cereri pe an.

Locuiesc pe Strada Pescarilor la unul dintre blocurile cu 4 etaje care se afla in primul rand dinspre mare, deci, inevitabil, cu vedere la mare. O priveliste de vis, dimineata rasarit si barci de pescari plecand spre larg, seara lumina de amurg si pescarusi zglobii. Si alte multe bucurii pe care ti le poate oferi un apartament cu vedere la mare, la Marea Neagra. Dar nu e chiar asa. In perioada estivala zona devine o discoteca in aer liber, un bazar cu mii de oameni, o nebunie de nedescris. Si asta pentru ca exista o plaja micutza, cocheta, ingrijita de cei care au un bar pe plaja si totusi frecventata de oameni fara pic de educatie, fara bun simt, fara...multe ce tin de convietuirea cu semenii lor. De dimineata pana dimineata strada noastra micuta devine "autostrada" celor care coboara cu masinilie pana pe plaja, cu muzica data la maximum, cu claxoane si praful pe care-l ridica pe acest drum de pamant. Si asta nu e tot. Noapte de noapte, pe acesta plaja, se fac zeci de focuri, se tipa si se chiuie mai ceva ca la o nunta de cartier, claxoane, muzica, miros de gratare, batai pe plaja, injuraturi la 3-4 dimineata....nici nu poate fi descris in cuvinte. De ce sa am un apartament cu vedere la mare daca nu ma pot odihni nici macar o secunda noaptea (chiar si cu ferestrele termopan inchise) din cauza norocului sau ghinionului de a locui aproape de o plaja de cartier? Se poate organiza in vreun fel accesul pe aceasta plaja? Se poate gasi o solutie ca locatarii din aceasta zona sa nu fie doar ghinionistii, nenorocitii care au avut nesansa sa locuiasca pe singura strada care face accesul catre aceasta plaja? Repet, este vorba despre plaja din dreptul Strazii Pescarilor, aproape de Pescarie. Nimeni nu cere solutii miraculoase peste noapte, dar as fi interesata sa stiu daca vand apartamentul unor petrecareti de turisti care se vor incadra in atmosfera care domneste acum sau mai rezist 1-2 ani pentru o viata cat de cat civilizata in zona. K sa rezolvi o problema tratezi cauza nu efectu ,cea ce dupa parerea mea e 99.99% imposibil in cazul plajelor. Lucrez in turism si cea ce vad....ma lasa fara replik. Mentalitatea romanului e la un nivel mult prea mic ptr atatea conditii. De Ex .: " Adancimea piscinii e prea mik ptr a permite sarituri. Va rog , nu mai sariti!( lasand la o parte faptu k deranjeaza prin zgomot si stropesc alti clienti) , Replica clientului: " Am platit , facem ce vrem".... Lasand omenia , scoala pe care o fac ptr acest post...iti vine sa ai dai cateva suturi in fund si sa rupi contractu de cazare si sa il dai afara. Ce sa mai spui cand il vezi ca se pune cu bidonul de 5 l de vin langa piscina si se cinsteste de park ar fi la gratar sau la tasu pe tarla stiin d k pe masute scrie clar" Este interzis consumul de bauturi din afara unitatii"....Sunt o gramada de oameni care cred k a plati un serviviu inseamna a cumpara si reguli si oameni si tot. Se cazeaza la un hotel de 4 stele prin oferte..reduceri....are o gramada de pretentii ......si cand vine vorba de reguli fac ce ai taie capul. Nu sunt glume , leam trait si nu doresc la nimeni sa intalneask asemenea creaturi si nescoliti....care neam de neamu lor de la maimutza incoace nu au promovat 12 clase , da se dau rotunzi si mari filozofi. Referitor la curatenie .....e si mai dezastruos......cosul la maxim 3m de el...el lasa pampersu pe masuta....arunca coji de fructe, varsa bauturi...nu ai doare nici in dos.. Vorbesc de un hotel cu o piscina privata fara a avea acces persoane din exterior. Ce ne mai miram de cum arata Plaja?!.....dak el ingradit si cu regulile scrise la 1m in fatza lui face ce vrea ,pai pe plaja.....chiar nu are nici o problema. Singura sansa e sa luam masuri ceva mai drastice si potolim " jungla". Degeaba ai dam cu discuri si mai muncim si oamenii aia degeaba sa curete dupa ei. Dak rezolvam sa educam oamenii si sa ai sanctionam....o sa avem si rezultate . Si cum alte probleme au fost rezolvate...cred k si acest lucru e posibil . Mult succes D-le Mazare. Dak nu depinde acestu lucru de dumneavoastra makr propuneti acest lucru celor care au datoria sa o fak.

Felicitari pt blog. Este f interesant si te reprezinta. Cu regret spun ca interesele personale nu permit o actiune de amploare si coordonata asupra litoralului si turismului din Romania. Nu sunt aprobate planuri si programe pt asta si multa lume alege alte locuri pt vacante. Pacat ca nu esti sustinut in cea ce vrei sa faci. Sper ca o sa reusesti inainte sa-ti pierzi rabdarea. Daca mai treci prin Iasi te astept la Barbarossa. Numai bine si bafta!!!

Domnul Mazare eu traiesc in Spania de vreo 10 ani prin 2007 am fost acasa in Constanta si cu sinceritate va spun ca ceea ce am vazut ma ingrozit si pe mine si pe sotie. Mizerie, asa zise Cazinouri din tabla prin intersectii, parcurile care nu mai sunt parcuri, taxa aceea de intrare in Mamaia care mi se pare o aberatie, nu poti compara plaja mizerabila si plina de chioscuri scuzati expresia tiganesti cu plajele spaniole care le cunosc destul de bine si fara TAXE nu uitati ca Spania din asta traieste turism nici nu vreau sa aduc vorba de Franta. Ceea ce am vazut in Constanta este bataie de joc ca dealtfel in toata tara. Vati batut joc de ceea ce era perla Romaniei,Mamaia, vati batut joc de o tara intreaga si va tineti de scaune cu atata nesimtire incat noua romanilor sau cel putin mie mi se face sila numai cand deschid tv si vad cu cata aroganta si nesimtire mintiti putinii romani care mai merg sa voteze. Pe noi romanii care am ales alte meleaguri ne afecteaza cand vezi diferenta si de ce ei pot si noi nu. Pestele de la cap se impute. Voi politicienilor sunteti principalii vinovati, de ce romanii se pot integra,muncii si sa respecte legile cu atata usurinta in tari civilizate. Am ajuns sa participam la ridicarea economiei altor tari ca la noi in casa tinem infractori mascati in politicieni. Te salut Radu Stefan Mazare. As avea o serie de intrebari daca ai putea sa ma lamuresti. Iti spun cum stau lucrurile in prezent, nu ca nu stii si tu ca primar al acestui oras.Am citit tot de pe blogul tau la articolul asta si tot aud de beaqch bar-uri si sezloange. Bun. Sa zicem. vreau sa inchiriez o plaja in Mamaia sa o adminstrez . Eu fac o investitie nu? Bani munciti de mine ii investesc IN ORASUL CT cu alte cuvinte. Nu e normal sa vreau si eu sa vand sucul de 3 ori mai mult si sa percep o taxa pe sezlong ca sa pot sa nu ies in pierdere? Ca doar nu oricine e prost sa munceasca si sa iasa tot pe minus nu? Asa. Ca sa fac asta..trebuie sa inchiriez de la o firma care castiga licitatiile initiate de Directia Apelor Dobrogea Litoral, lictiatii vorbite dinainte iti dai seama , se stiu dinainte cine sunt castigatorii. Administratorii acestor firme care castiga lictitatia stau bine mersi si se scarpina in fund la soare in alte tari in concedii in timp ce prind contracte pe care platesc intre 3 si 15 ron pe metru patrat de plaja, in timp ce, cum castiga licitatia, nici nu se mai deranjeaza deloc sa administreze acea suprafata, o compartimenteaza , si inchiriaza pe un pret de minim 2 -3 ori mai mare, si in felul acesta sa zicem daca castiga o licitatie la Directia Apelor Dobrogea Litoral si plateste pentru cesionare sa zicem o suma de 300.000 de euro , el castiga in vara aia milionul de euro dupa ce le inchiriaza, si le inchiriaza cu siguranta , si asta doar prin simplul fapt ca are cunostinte la aceasta directie care administreaza plajile si il informeaza de anumite procedee si strategii. Si noi ca prostii, inchiriem la randu nostru, de la ei, ca altfel nu avem de unde, si tot noi ne luam injuraturile , tot cu noi se cearta lumea ca de ce e apa 5 ron cand la alimentara e 1.5, tot noua ne trimite OPC-ul pe cap si toate tampeniile de institutii ale statului posibile, tot noi platim amenzile, si tot noi ne enervam si ne stresam, practic ne stresam si ne degradam starea de sanatate. Si pentru ce?sa ciugulesti si tu ceva acolo cateva mii de euro pe vara amarate , si asta in timp ce apropiati ai Directiei Apelor Dobrogea Litoral, fac milioane de euro stand cu mana in fund. Nu ii mai invinuiti pe cei care au beach-bar si sezloange, pentru ca va convine sau nu, totul este o afacere. Pai da-mi si mie o plaja de 20-30 de mii de metri patrati sa o administrez si o sa vedeti ca o sa aveti loc sa respirati linistiti, dar pentru asta ar trebui sa imi vand casa, si asta doar sa platesc chiria pe o vara, deci nu cred ca i-ar convenit cuiva. Eu chiar nu te-am votat la primarie radule, prin simplul motiv ca nu am vrut sa votez pe nimeni nu de alta, nu e un mesaj de sustinere pentru tine asta cu toate ca asa pare, nu m-a platit nimeni sa il scriu, dar vreau sa stiu. Tu cum ai schimba lucrurile daca ti-ar reveni tie plajile si administratiei tale? Ar aprecia un raspuns complex cum am scris si eu. Spune-mi practic, ce ai face, ce nu ai face, o idee mai complexa despre felul cum s-ar ameliora situatia. Si inca ceva , sper sa se desfiinteze mai repede rahatul asta de DADL!!!

M-am saturat eu de cand e problema asta. Nu putem face o petie cu mii de semnaturi ptr ca plajele sa treaca in subordinea primariei? Daca nu se poate hai sa negociem cu ei . Le bagam aer conditonat in cap sau ai punem langa calodifere...ai strangem pana ce vor. Mai nu se poate nu exista , poate k nu ne zbatem destul. De exemplu un profesor de la a mea universitate a propus sa facem o petietie k in zona portului tomis sa nu se mai intre cu masini, nu k am ceva cu cei care intra...dar e oribil sa mergi la plimbare seara cu prietena de mana si sa incerci sa te feresti ba de masinile care trec ba sa iti faci loc printre cele parcate...e un disconfort pentru pietoni..Eu o vad k pe o zona in care frumushel poti sa mergi pe jos...linistit poti sa faci o poza cand mai vezi cate-o cladire, statuie... Bun, am vrut sa o spun aici ptr a citii si alte pareri. Revenind la baruri , plaja..si toate cele. Pentru plaja in primul rand trebuie sa le aiba in subordine primaria, clar. facem petitie, o dam la tv...aratam contractele pe care le fac dadl ...ai dam in ziare publicam poze cu plaja si venim cu un proiect mai bun. Am inteles k s-a incercat asta dar nu indeajuns de mult. Sa pleci din sedinta poate k exact asta isi doreau si le-a mers. Hai sa facem o sedinta la casa de cultura pe terenu norstru , sa vedem ,cine pleaca? Plus ca eu am primit asta prin maill...deci lipsa de informare. Folosim media dar nu doar cea locala...ori la bal ori la spital. Cate din hoteluri au parcari proprii??????...foarte putine , in general cele vechi sau cele cu renume au, restu pauza. Si aici e de lucru , daca o sa avem plajele in subordine sper sa ramana acolo nu sa auzim iar de contrace si fiecare nebun sa ia 1000, 5000 de m si sa faca el pe draq , sa imi ceara sa ma pun cu prosopu mai aproape de mare k are el acolo sezlonguri sau mai stiu eu ce. Si primaria poate sa faca uin proiect ca unele zone sa aiba sezloange si umbrelute , cu taxa desigur...iar banii sa intre la bugetu local pentru a fi reinvestiti in tabacariei de exemplu pentru k si acolo e o problema serioasa. Si pentru domu Mazare un sfat prietenesc care e posiblil sa i se para absurd. Renuntati la basca rosie de cartel , cu scuzele de rigoare da am tot auzit comentarii despre asta printre oameni de toate varstele. Suntem prea tare incercati de viatza in momentele astea ca sa mai putem trece peste astfel de aparitie. Sunteti primar , aveti oameni in subordine....o functie care va cere o atitudine, hai sa lasam modeling-u doar ptr hoby ptr ca avem destule pe cap si nervii intinsi peste tot .
