Cu/fara taxa de intrare in Mamaia?
Eu cred că, de fapt, turiştii au înţeles ce este cu această taxă de intrare în Mamaia. Sunt convins că au înţeles că Mamaia este un brand şi că, dacă vrei să intri în staţiune, să parchezi, să te cazezi, să bei, să mănînci, să... mă rog, fiecare cu ce are de gînd să facă, trebuie să plăteşti. Spun că au înţeles pentru că asta facem cu toţii cînd ieşim din România, plătim taxe de ne ies ochii şi nu mai comentăm. Ni se pare normal.
Ei bine, şi în Constanţa, problema se pune la fel. Este foarte simplu. Această taxă este perfect legală. Curtea de Apel Constanţa a dat o sentinţă definitivă şi irevocabilă în ceea ce priveşte taxa de barieră, instanţa considerînd legală Hotărîrea de Consiliu Local prin care se stabilea această taxă, dar şi celelalte taxe speciale ale municipalităţii. Că prefectul şi restul găştii au o problemă cu asta, este de la sine înţeles, este o reacţie normală din punctul lor de vedere. Dacă mă apuc să fac ceva bun în oraşul ăsta, încep să ţipe ca din gură de şarpe şi încearcă să submineze orice idee, iniţiativă sau efort de a face lucrurile să meargă mai bine. Dacă nu o pot face loco, merg şi se smiorcăie pe pragurile UE. Pînă acum, eu nu i-am văzut să facă ceva constructiv, ceva concret. De fapt, nu i-am văzut făcînd nimic. Mă rog, asta este altă discuţie.
Haideţi să vă dau un exemplu, cum este cu această taxă... Dacă te duci în două supermarketuri diferite şi vizitezi aceleaşi magazine-brand şi observi o diferenţă de preţ, nu te miri, nu? Şi cumperi de acolo de unde te ţine buzunarul sau de unde-ţi place mai mult. Sunt convins că replicile de genul „să punem şi noi taxă în Bucureşti la spitale, la clinici etc...că vine constănţeanu'.." vor intra în folclorul urban ca şi bancurile cu Bulă!
Pentru că lucrurile stau în felul următor: „Fraţilor, în Mamaia nu vii să-ţi faci tratament sau să-ţi rezolvi o apendicită. În Mamaia vii să te distrezi!" Aşa că, lăsaţi taxa în pace. Banii ăştia plătesc toate marile evenimente de pe litoral din sezon, evenimente de care se bucură toţi turiştii şi care i-au oferit acestui oraş un loc aparte în lume: Power Marine Auto Show, Romanian Boat Show, Mamaia Exotic Car Show, Luxury Summer, spectacolele de Tango argentinian din fiecare week-end.
Asta ca să nu mai spunem că oraşul Constanţa a intrat efectiv în circuitul Aero Grand Prix şi Class 1 Grand Prix, alături de Atena, Dubai şi Oslo! Toate lucrurile astea se văd, nu sînt promisiuni deşarte sau bîrfe pe la colţuri de birouri în instituţii prăfuite, cu ghişee de sticlă ciobită şi cu babe acre pe post de funcţionare! Sînt lucruri concrete, care se petrec sub ochii noştri, în plin soare!
Pentru acest gen de evenimente vin turişti din toată lumea, se bucură şi pleacă cu o poveste frumoasă de spus şi cu un gînd bun. Eu n-am auzit pe niciun străin să se plîngă de taxa de intrare! O fi o chestie specific românească să ne turnăm cenuşă în cap şi, dacă nu avem motiv, să inventăm unul şi să ne presărăm măcar puţin nisip, că altfel nu ne simţim bine...
Îmi pare rău pentru cei care gîndesc aşa. Constanţa se află deja în Europa, şi în cazul ăsta, distanţa dintre oraşul nostru şi restul ţării (fie oraşe, fie oameni) nu se măsoară doar în kilometri, ci şi în diferenţa dintre mentalităţi care este de ani lumină!

Cu taxaaaaaa!!! Ia-le banii, Raduleeeee....Am fost si in alte tari si pot afirma faptul ca statiunea Mamaia are intr-adevar aspect european. PS: Sper sa mai reflectezi asupra deciziei tale de a nu mai candida in viitor. Sti bine ca esti foarte apreciat atat de constanteni cat si de restul romanilor care si-au exprimat invidia de a nu avea un primar ca tine. Te cred ca te-ai saturat de toate mizeriile din tara asta si ai dori sa pleci, insa NU FII EGOIST. Nu ai fost pana acum si eu zic sa continui la fel. Complimentele mele pentru atitudinea ta!!!

Cred ca este prea putin important daca platesti 3 lei pentru a ajunge la un bar unde nota de plata este de cel putin 300 de lei. Alta este ideea care ma deranjeaza si anume: de ce constanteanul nu plateste cand se duce la distractie? Cum la fel de legitima este intrebarea unui calarasean care se duce cu nu stiu ce treaba in aceasta statiune, in interes de serviciu si trebuie sa plateasca aceasta trecere precum o taxa de protectie .... of, de parca l-ar proteja cineva ... de orice ... de la caini ... pana la hotii de si din masini .... Nea Radu, oi fi mata iubit de constanteni dar esti hulit de restul tarii. Retine: nu pentru taxa - care este ok - ci de modul cum o aplici. Rusinica!

Cei care nu vor sa plateasca taxa au alte alternative de ales eforie costinesti saturn 2 mai etc etc ...dar se vede gradul de dezvoltare al statiunii mamaia ,si pentru dezvoltare trebuie bani [vrem nu vrem totu e pe bani] Toate aceste spectacole atrag turistii ... fara taxa ar fi o statiune banala ,fara viatza ,bun scoatem taxa si dupa aceea avem o staiune ca si eforie neptun s.a.m.d lipsite de viatza !!! Avand in vedere ca banii acestia se vad in ceva concret, sunt pentru aceasta taxa. Stiu cat de jalnic arata inainte statiunea...si am vazut schimbarile de la an la an! Am rude care vin din alte judete si comenteaza aceasta taxa...,dar se bucura de tot ceea ce le ofera acum acest loc! Altele sunt atat de extaziate de schimbarile din oras incat ar vrea sa se mute aici...!!! Cu sau fara taxa, romanul tot va avea ceva de comentat intodeauna!.... Offfffffff, frumoasa tara avem, pacat ca e locuita de romani! :((((((((( As avea si eu doua intrebari, legate de transportul in statiune: 1. De ce nu este posibila circulatia cu abonamentul pe toate liniile in autobuzul de Mamaia (cel etajat) si esti nevoit sa-ti cumperi bilet separat? Acum vreo 3 ani, cu autobuzul 23E, stiu ca nu era nici o problema...E vorba doar despre "diferenta de confort"? 2. De ce nu li se mareste orarul de functionare autobuzelor RATC ce deservesc Mamaia in perioada estivala? Nu toti constantenii au masini, iar daca au, prefera sa le tina acasa, avand in vedere aglomeratia si lipsa locurilor de parcare din statiune. Asa cum stim, spectacole sunt destule, unele la ore destul de inaintate, iar pentru a te intoarce acasa trebuie sa suporti tot disconfortul oferit de microbuze...:(((((( PS. E adevarat ce a scris Alina, ca nu mai vreti sa candidati peste 4 ani? Sper sa fie o gluma....!!!!

"Supraetajatele" fac parte intr-adevar dintr-o alta clasa de confort si sint o linie separata - Constanta City Tour, ai vazut ca au un alt traseu, consuma altfel... Despre prelungirea orarului, e treaba RATC-ului!

Dupa cum spuneai, nu cred ca deranjeaza pe nimeni taxa asta...si asa mica la cat de bogati sunt smecherii care vin sa se distreze prin Mamaia...si plus ca banii care se strang sunt pentru un scop bine definit, nu sunt bani aruncati aiurea. Sunt bineinteles pro taxa!!

Cu taxa, normal! Ce atata tam-tam pentru o taxa care face ca Mamaia sa arate frumos, sa atraga atatia turisti? Peste tot se platesc taxe, nu este ilegala, deci ce atata valva? In privinta venitului sunt de acord cu taxa; ca deh placerea se cumpara cu bani in ziua de azi iar statiunea Mamaia ofera un ambient european iar taxa nu este nici exorbitanta. Dar alta e dilema mea. Speram ca o data cu infiintarea acestei taxe sa se mai calmeze nebunia cauzata de numarul mare de masini ce iti dau batai de cap si in mers dar mai ales cand e vorba sa parchezi. Cred ca de aici incep si polemicile in privinta taxei. In opini mea taxa ar trebui sa existe in continuare dar numai cu conditia sa se creeze noi spatii de parcare. Nu mi se pare asa imposibil; este o chestie de vointa si de "tinut pieptul la multi" (ce-i drept) dar daca nu s-ar mai aproba construirea atator hoteluri, restaurante si alte "dregatorii" poate am reusi sa ajunge si noi pe plaja fara dureri de cap;)) Iar cei din alte judete normal ca se "bosumfla" cand se vad nevoiti sa plateasca o taxa ptr a intra nu intr-o statiune ci intr-un infern rutier.

Taxa este perfect legala si banii proveniti din aceasta sunt necesari pentru diversele evenimente de sezon. Ce deranjeaza mai tare sunt BARIERELE!!! Imaginea unor bariere la intrarea in statiune creste brusc gradul de iritabilitate al turistului, caruia i se pare ca i se impune ceva inainte de a ajunge la hotelul care si asa are un tarif destul de ridicat in sezonul estival. Daca aceasta taxa ar fi, cumva, introdusa in pretul cazarii si ar dispare BARIERELE, imaginea s-ar imbunatati destul de mult...

Mamaia nu se poate numi statiune, este jalnica, la fel ca si taxa. nu cred ca putem compara Mamaia cu o statiune din orice alta tara. O mana de palmieri (n-as putea spune cu o mana de frunze, pt ca nu au atatea) nu fac din mamaia o statiune Europeana. platesti taxa pentru ce? ca sa intrii intr-o statiune aglomerata(nu atat de oameni cat de atatea cladiri: sa o comparam cu o statiune civilizata in care exista intre cladiri acea limita de bun simt?)? sa te impiedici de vanzatori ambulanti? sa dai nas in nas cu cersetorii? sa stai sa te feresti de ATV-uri? ca sa nu mai vorbim, ca loc de parcare nu gasesti. ce-ar fi sa punem in toate orasele taxa, doar pentru ca suntem cu totii in Europa? Alte orase nu au evoluat daca nu au taxa? doar mamaia este infloritoare? But what the hell, SUNT pentru taxa de intrare in Balciul Mamaia. Tot inainte!!!

Ce atata hazard aiurea ptr. o taxa de 3 lei ... ganditi-va ca intretinerea statiunii nu costa 3 lei si nu numai ca si personalul consiliului care asigura protectia , paza , curatenia si nu numai trebuiesc si ei platiti la randul lor .. dar cine sa gandeasca toate astea cand in sangele fiecarui bucurestean , ardelean, tigan ,etc e o foame de bani de necontestat , aceasta facandu-i sa se uite si la o taxa de 3 lei ... care probabil ar vrea sa si-o insuseasca ei ..nu primaria constanta care de bine de rau face ceva ptr. oras ... si face !!! As avea o rugaminte la cei ce doresc scoaterea taxei si anume : Daca doriti scoaterea taxei veniti si cotizati la intretinerea statiunii ...asta daca tot va este mila de oamenii care platesc !

Eu cred ca aceasta taxa de a intra cu masina in statiunea mamaia este foarte buna..eu sunt de parere ca ar trebuii un pic majorata ...eu zic ca 5 lei nu ar fi mult! in plus in week-end e foarte aglomerat eu ca Constantean debea gasesc un loc de parcare in statiune asa ca oricum oameni platesc si nu comenteaza nimeni nimic CUI NU II CONVINE SA SE DUCA LA BULGARI!!!!! sau in constanta mai exista si Modern fratilor!

Eu cred ca taxa este nu numai legala, ci si binevenita, pentru ca turistii care vin in Mamaia sa se distreze contribuie in mare parte la degradarea asfaltului de pe sosea, la mizeria de pe plaja si la multe altele. Aceste neajunsuri trebuie suportate de ei, nu considere normal ca reparatia si curatenia statiunii sa fie achitate de constanteni. Mai ales turistii se bucura cand au spectacole gratuite, se bulecesc la Exotic Car Show, la Power Marine si la tangourile argentiniene. Toate acestea din banii cui trebuie platite?

Si eu sunt de acord sa se plateasca taxa. Oricum in Mamaia majoritatea turistilor sunt cei cu bani asa ca nu cred ca e vreo problema pentru ei sa plateasca o taxa simbolica, cei care nu isi permit sa plateasca aceasta taxa se pot duce in Constanta sau mai departe sa faca plaja, baie si asa mai departe. Bafta in tot ceea ce faci!!!

bravo domnule primar. aveti tot respectul meu. in atatia ani nu a facut nimeni nimic... le convin palmerii , le convin luminile , le place sa-si faca poze cu tot ce a facut primaria ... dar cand e vorba de o taxa minuscula... ca de banii aia iti iei un pachet de guma de mestecat ...ca doar nu cred ca vine nimeni la plaja sau la cluburile din mamaia cu 100 de mii, ca macar un milion iti trebuie... ... prea mica taxa!! cui nu-i convine sa se duca la eforie sau in vama. mazare cel mai tare si mai de treaba om / primar !! ca in primul rand e om, nu are figuri in cap ca e primar. the best! tot respectul

Dar cu vechile parcari din Mamaia (cele de pe malul lacului, care aveau deasupra instalatii de incalzit apa) si care acum sunt ingradite cu plasa si stau nefolosite, ce aveti de gand sa faceti? Probabil ca le-ati dat vreunor "intreprinzatori sa-si construiasca hoteluri in locul lor....

Pro taxa in Mamaia. Este ceva normal. De exemplu in Istanbul, pentru a folosi autostrada ce leaga un capat al orasului de celalt, din n in n km sunt amplasate bariere pentru a plati utilizarea portiunii de drum. Astfel se intretine calitatea carosabilului ce este in permanenta ireprosabila. La fel si in Mamaia, drum excelent, sunt organizate evenimente din banii de bariera, mi se pare normal si chiar de bun simt sa platesti 3 lei pentru intrarea in statiune. Dar as vrea sa primesc raspuns la un alt subiect, si anume: se are in vedere implementarea unui proiect gen NetCity (ingroparea cablurilor de pe stalpi ce ofera un aspect neplacut) ? pot fi instalate hotspoturi in principalele parcuri si zone ale orasului ? (parc. arhitectural, tabacariei, tomis 2, mircea, etc / zone: peninsula, modern, faleza, ... ) Iar ultima intrebare este defapt o propunere: ar fi frumos sa fie instalate cateva camere video in zonele mai importante si reprezentative ale orasului iar imaginile sa fie disponibile pe siteul primarie.

In primul rand, va multumesc pentru raspunsurile de mai sus! In al doilea rand, revin si strig raspicat PENTRU TAXA! Am reusit si-am asistat la un concert sustinut de cei de la Teatrul de Opera si Balet Oleg Danovski...o feerie! Cea mai fericita a fost insa fetita mea pentru baloanele primite din partea Primariei(excelenta idee!!!) si ca a dansat in voie, nestingherita de nimeni! In al treilea rand, referitor la parcari: nu s-ar putea construi unele subterane..... sau supraetajate, amplasate pe locurile actualelor parcari "terestre"? In weekend, mai ales, mai multe sanse ai sa castigi la 6/49 decat sa gasesti un loc unde sa-ti lasi masina! :)))))) Mult succes in tot ceea ce vreti sa realizati si....nervi de otel!!!!!!

Sigur ca la noi e mai greu sa intelegi ca pentru a face lucruri de genul celor care se fac la Mamaia iti trebuiesc bani.. Taxa e pusa in mod justificat, iar in legatura cu parcarile.. trebuie sa se faca ceva ca nu se mai poate circula in halul asta pe trotuarele din Romanica.. nu e vb. numai de Mamaia. Coreenii astia au parcari subterane pe cate 5-6 niveluri si nici eu au asa mult spatiu...BAFTA!

Daca am masina inmatriculata in alt judet, si locuiesc in ct, cu viza de flotant, lucrez in ct, fac facultatea in ct, tot salariul il cheltui in ct :) pot sa beneficiez de acest permis? Multumesc. Apropo chiar am fost sa va si votez dar nu eram pe liste :(. Succes in continuare

Nu sunt din Constanta, insa sunt de acord cu taxa respectiva, fiindca dupa cum spuneati, "Mamaia este un brand" de care ne bucuram, sau se bucura toata lumea. E aproape normal sa platesti. Platesti cand mergi la piata, in oras, la zoo, la muzeu, la bai termale, bla bla. Intro lume in care totul costa, de ce ne-ar surprinde inca o taxa? Cat despre constantenii ce platesc aeasta taxa,mi se pare foarte normal si egal. Bineinteles, daca s-ar baga o taxa in orasul in care locuiesc, n-as mai fi la fel de "deschisa". :)

Sunt din bucuresti ..la mare nu am mai fost de mica nu pt ca nu imi permit dar pt ca nu arat bine si decat sa se faca glueme pe seaama a cum arata mai bine ma duc in alte zone ale romaniei .Insa nu despre asta vreau sa va scriu .In constatnta am stat cam 6 luni cand erammica si am ramas indragostita de acel oras .Presupun si stiu ca sau schimbat multe acolo iar cu txa da sunt perect de acord .toata lumea vrea conditii .curatenie ordine plaje curate si locuri de distractie insa multi poate nu stiu si nuconstientizeaza ca toate se fac cu bani iar cand au pretentia sa ridice tonul cum ca iei nu platesc sau sunt in potriva taxei parca te apuca nebunia .Dar mentaliatea multora lasa de dorit la noi in tara .nu poti convinge lumea care gandeste si vede viata drept inainte (exact ca si caii)sa isi dea seama ca tott pt buna starea lor acolo sunt acei bani .Este clar ca Mamaia este staiune europeana m-am informay de multe ori si cred ca tarie si imi mentin afirmatiile ca daca nu era Radu Mazare primar poate nu erau atat de schimbate toate ,pt ca dupa parerea mea conteaza foarte mult si de omul de la conducerea ficarui oras.IAr cum RAdu este un barbat inteligent ,puternic dar tot o data cu o viziune a vietii foarte moderna poate pt uniiromani este clar ca din constanta si Mamaie nu puteau iesi decat niste statiuni remarcabile.Il apreciez pe RAdu pt omul care ieste nu pt ca apare la tv il apreciezpt ca ii plac sporturile extrme pt ca stie sa fie cu baiatul lui un prieten foarte bun si un tata de exceptie il apreciez pt ca a vrut sa faca din bucatica lui de romanie ca sa spun asa ceva frumos care sa se ridice la alte standarde decat alte satiuni ,il mai apreciez pt ca este un om glumetz dar tot o data calculat si unbun sprijin .CAm atat ca sa nu va plictisesc si inca o data sustin TAXA.

Sunt pro taxa ! As face 5 lei in weekend, si as lasa`o mai moale cu caracatitele ... pentru ca, sa fim seriosi, sambata/duminica nici o sansa sa parchezi masina in zona in care ai vrea sa stai. Parcare nu mai este nici o solutie ... ar fi fost bine sa existe pe partea cu lacul in zona cazinoului o parcare supraetajata... in locul acelei parcari care este deja acolo. Cred ca aceasta problema cu locul de parcare ar trebui sa fie luata mai in serios... eu de asta nu mai merg la fel de des in mamaia in weekend.

cu taxa!!!!! eu vin in mamaia de 6 - 7 ori pe vara la sfarsit de saptamana, si-mi place ce vad. nu ma deranjaza taxa, desi nu ma dau banii afara din casa, e modica. mamaia e cea ma frumoasa statiune si asta e meritul dumneavoastra.

Imi pare rau ca ma repet cu aceeasi chestie, dar in parcul Tabacariei pe langa lac, pe unde se trece podul sunt 2 stalpuri de iluminat scoase de la "radacina", trecusem acum vreo 2-3 zile si le-am vazut!

Da, imi pare rau pentru greseala pe care am comis-o acum 3 ani. Nu stiu ce s-a intamplat ca in loc de "stalpi" am spus "stalpuri", nu stiu cum de am comis-o. :)Degeaba comentati problema cu /fara taxa. e o idee buna si trebuie sa fii orb sa nu intelegi asta! cat timp majoritatea e multumita,e totul ok. Domnule Mazare,nu va mai chinuiti sa purtati munca de lamurire cu toata lumea, e imposibil sa ii faci pe toti fericiti. Sunt de acord si eu cu taxa, dar lucrez la o firma din Bucuresti si am masina de la ei de 6 ani pe cu care circul zi de zi si ma duc si in concediu. Problema este ca atunci cand ajung la bariere mi se spune ca degeaba sunt constantean pt. ca masina este din Bucuresti. Ok, dar eu,constanteanul, o conduc. E ca si fiind masina mea cu nr. de Constanta. Si m-am tot saturat, eu constanteanul sa tot dau cate 3 lei la fiecare intrare. Si oricum intri si cu 2 lei fara sa-ti mai dea bilet. Calcul: daca in 1 min. trec 10 masini din care 2 dau 2 lei, cat isi baga in buzunar functionarul intr-o zi? Raspuns: 500 ron cam in 4 ore de munca, pe care-i imparte si cu shefu suprem. In 14 zile lucratoare, ca atata lucreaza, castiga in plus de salariul fix, care este de vreo 600 ron, 3500 ron. Asa ca si primaria castiga si angajatii se imbogatasc. Bine ca dor 3luni pe an sunt barierele puse ca altfel mai aparea o noua patura sociala: barieristii.

Da , mamaia are aspect european de la hotel Rex catre Navodari. Pana acolo... . Dar ... are si partea ei buna . Unora le place prima parte iar celorlalti cealalta. Iar taxa , as tripla-o , sa nu mai vina nici un turist ca nu-i mai suport !. Toata lumea striga ca in Bulgaria e superb si ieftin dar cu toate astea numarul turistilor din mamaia e parca tot mai mare. Vin , isi fac de cap si pleaca , dar curatenia si amenajarile si etc , cine le face ?. Alea se fac gratis ?. Sunt un proaspat constantean si imi place ce am vazut ca sa facut in CTA . Felicitari primarului !. ( nu am primit nimic ca sa-i fac reclama ).

sunt de acord cu taxa, sa fim seriosi nu cred ca 2 lei sau 3 lei cat mai este taxa e o problema pentru cei care vin sa se distreze in mamaia in conditiile in care o doza de racoritoare este in jurul la 8 lei in cluburile din mamaia...cei care comenteaza asupra taxei sunt doar carcotasii...daca cu aceasta taxa sunt de acord nu pot avea aceeasi parere si despre montarea caracatitelor in statiune...stiti foarte bine ca locurile de parcare in mamaia sunt imposibil de gasit (mai ales in weekend).daca ar fi existat locuri de parcare suficiente in statiune cat sa-ti poti parca masina regulamentar as fi fpost de acord cu caracatitele ba chiar as majora taxa de deblocare pentru a nu se mai parca haotic si a da peste cap fluenta traficului, dar in conditiile in care nu-tipoti parca regulamentar masina neexistand spatiu mi se pare anormal sa-mi gasesc masina cu rotile blocate...parerea mea este ca aceste caracatite sa fie montate doar masinilor parcate neregulamentar care afecteaza fluenta traficului...nu si celor care sunt parcate intr-un loc ascuns si nu incurca pe nimeni....in rest...mult succes!

Eu as vedea colectarea acestei taxe altfel ... ca sa scapam de cozile de la bariere ... Daca taxa asta ar fi cu adevarat pt turistii care se cazeaza in statiunea mamaia eu as proceda altfel. As colecta de la hotelieri, campinguri etc. In pretul unei camere sa intre si cei 3 lei pe zi. Adica daca hotelul X a avut ocupata o camera timp de 10 zile ... sa vireze cei 30 de lei in contul primariei. Am scapa de cozile de la bariere noi cei care nu suntem obligati sa platim ... plus de asta ... am un prieten care locuieste in Navodari si are masina in leasing ... si nu a putut sa isi scoata permis de acces pt bariere. Astfel s-a simtit obligat sa incerce altceva ... si anume si-a falsificat un permis de acces ... asta e ... nu avea alta optiune ...

Cred ca ar trebui facut un poll cu subiectul "da sau nu taxa pentru Mamaia". In orice caz eu sunt pentru. In orice tara civilizata se plateste pentru accesul la o zona de interes turistic si nu numai. Iar in Mamaia taxa se vede peste tot, se reflecta in aspectul si siguranta statiunii. Vin in mamaia de 30 de ani, dar schimbarile pe care le observ de cand Radu Mazare este primar al Constantei pot fi vazute peste tot.

Discutia despre taxa(cu care sunt profund de acord)a mai fost...chiar acum cativa ani din cate imi amintesc si parca cei din consiliu s-au opus iar in anul in care nu s-a platit taxa, statiunea nu a mai fost la aceelasi nivel....Ce se face atata tam-tam pt 3 lei???V-ar placea daca ar fii mizeria care e in alte statiuni?? Mamaia a ajuns sa fie mai frumoasa decat multe statiuni din Italia....Buna treaba ai facut Radu, regret ca nu stau si eu in Constanta...Bafta in continuare si spor la lucru!!:)

m-am nascut si am trait in cta 20 de ani m-am casatorit in calarasi si in fiecare vara vin la plaja cu baietelul meu pt tratament.un timp am platit intrarea apoi am trisat daca pot sa spun asa .ne-am luat o masina cu nr de constanta ptr cei 20 de ani traiti acolo si pt dragostea mea fata de acest oras cred ca mi se poate ierta aceasta mica pacaleala.una peste alta ....e buna taxa.de-ar face totusi o parcare mai sanatoasa,chiar si una supraetajata,ca sa nu mai riscam amenzi...ar fii mai bine.ca fost locuitor al orasului un singur lucru ma doare;orasul vechi care a ajuns o ruina.banii din taxa asta ar putea merge si acolo .altadata cind aveam musafiri din alte orase acolo ii duceau parintii mei acum n-am putut sa arat familiei mele mai nimic.e pacat imi aduc aminte ca nici nu aveam loc pe stradutele alea de turisti. poate rezolvati ceva legat de aceasta problema in rest va admir pt curaj,hotarire si inteligenta.imi place spor la treaba !

Nenea gabi, vreau sa cred ca nervii si graba te-au facut sa scrii atat... incorect gramatical. Oricum ai pus degetul pe rana. Cu chestia aia urat mirositoare, zgomotoasa si periculoasa nu cred ca este nimeni de acord, mai ales ca iti scoate ficatii pe gura la cat de inconfortabila este si la cum merge tractoristul prin statiune. In schimb, cu taxa sunt perfect de acord, este utila atata timp cat banii aia se investesc. Si asta chiar se vede.

Taxa asta e jaf la drumul mare.REPET JAF pe fata de PRIMAR. nu se justifica de nici o culoare. EL daca tranziteaza alte localitati din tara plateste taxa de bariera? Din cate stiu eu, domnul Mazare este primarul orasului Constanta, iar de orasul Constanta tine si statiunea Mamaia...iar ce se intampla in celelalte statiuni nu intra in atributiile sale. sunt de acord ca celelalte statiuni sunt jalnice...taxa din punctul meu de vedere este extrem de mica...in Arad ca sa intrii pe strand in zona cu terase si restaurante platesti tot 2,5 lei si nu poti sta linistit la o terasa pentru ca auzi muzica teraselor din jur care este data extrem de tare, serviciile sunt de toata jena si bubuie manelele peste tot...in schimb ca sa ajungi la bazine, in care este o mizerie de nedescris si o multime de tigani, dai 7,5 lei....care taxa vi se pare mai corecta? 2,5 lei si ai si mare si restaurante si magazine si tot ce vrei + curatenie sau taxa de 7,5 lei si ai doar bazine pline cu mizerie, tigani si cam atat?

Pe mine nu m-ar deranja daca si in celelalte statiuni accesul s-ar face cu taxa, dar macar primarii din Eforie sau Mangalia sa faca ceva cu banii asa cum a facut si Mazare in Mamaia si Constanta. Numai ca el este primarul Constantei si nu raspunde de intreg judetul. Asta pentru cei ce nu inteleg de ce Mazare nu rezolva problemele intregii tari. Sau criza financiara pe plan mondial.

Ma bucur ca exista oameni, ca Nea Vizanu care intelege ce face domnul Mazare cu banii....eu mai am o intrebare pt Gaia, nu e tot Radu Mazare de vina pentru gropile si lucrarile interminabile din Bucuresti??sau pentru faptul ca multi oameni din zona rurala n-au canalizare???Hai dati vina pentru tot ce se intampla in Romania pe domnul Mazare, ca sunteti invidiosi ca orasele voastre nu arata la fel de bine ca si Constanta si de aia vreti neaparat sa il faceti hot si nu mai stiu cum. Pentru toti cei carora nu le convine sa tranziteze statiunea Mamaia, si aici vorbesc de turisti, pe bani: exista trasee ocolitoare oameni buni, prin Constanta, care este asfaltata impecabil, nu ca Bucurestiul sau multe municipii de toata jena din tara asta. Mie imi place Mamaia, de aceea ma duc acolo an de an. Si ca un baiat istet, imi fac abonament, sa nu dau ca alti "dajtepti" jumatate din sejur pe taxe. Sau poate sunt si eu un pui de hot, imbogatit pe spinarea oamenilor amarati care habar nu au de gramatica limbii romane dar se baga si ei in discutii...

Vreau sa va contrazic in ceea ce priveste eliberarea permiselor pentru mamaia cu toate ca poate v-ati saturat de cate ori ati afirmat de eliberarea acestor permise.Angajatii de la CIC-serviciul trafic rutier dezinformeaza si NU elibereaza permise pentru auto inmatriculate in alte judete.In acest sens am trimis si o cerere catre dumneavoastra in cursul zilei de azi,unde am detaliat situatia.Va multumesc pentru raspuns.

Scuze ptr prima aparitie !!! Am priceput cum functioneaza situl ! Deci, in primul rind vreau sa va sarut din suflet ! Sunt o Constanteanca pur-singe ! Dar de 14 ani locuiesc in Elvetia si doresc sa stiti ca vin greu acasa , o data la 4 ani, copii mei sunt la scoala si e greu sa pot pleca mereu cum as dori. Mi-e dor de marea mea albastra tot timpul, dar cind am vazut-o ultima data , prima mea intrebare a fost : cine e primar aici ? Mazare ? Cine e acest om ? Am vazut cu ochii mei cine sunteti, si defii pe oricine sa se masoare cu Mazare. Un om care nu se gindeste numai la el ! Va multumesc ca a-ti transformat-o in paradis, mai e de lucru , dar e schimbata radical. M-ati dat gata cu vapoarele alea la intrare, am ajuns acasa in lacrimi, va iubim noi de aici , si desi nu ma pricep la politica deloc, eu va sustin , nu renuntati la taxa oameni buni !!! Radu mamii Raaaaaaduleeeeeeeeee.... :) Sunt din Bucuresti si asta nu trebuie sa fie o nenorocire (ii si aud pe constanteni cum zic "iar bucuresteni.."). Am de spus cateva lucruri aici: Am sange de dobrogean, o mare parte a familiei mele fiind pozitionata in Constanta/Medgidia/Babadag.. deci imi place Cconstanta si Mamaia, sunt ca si casa mea si frecvent vin in weekend-uri prin urbe. Taxa de bariera consider ca se merita pentru ce rezultate minuate a dat (ce o sa sa intample, Radule, daca nu mai candidezi si o sa vina un "fieshtecine"?).. desigur, sunt si foarte multe optimizari de facut. Taxa nu garanteaza obrazul celui care intra.. desi locurile de parcare sunt frumos marcate in Mamaia, desi exista certitudinea de blocare/ridicare a masinilor parcate prost, tot gipuri si masini de turisti delicventi (ca sa nu folosesc alta calificare) vezi calare pe borduri sau puse aiurea... mai trebuie lucrat aici, la capitolul asta. Radule, am fost in Italia.. astia au obiceiul sa posteze o cutiuta pentru maruntis (firfilici) in toalete, cel care are nevoie sa cotizeze 0,5/1 Euro ca taxa (neimpusa) pentru folosirea toaletelor.. ia sa vedem, se pot face si in Mamaia si Constanta (mai ales in zona plajelor Modern, Trei Papuci, etc. ) toalete si dusuri cu taxa, ca nu sunt deloc sau sunt ramasite de la Nea Nicu si arata groaznic? Bine ar mai fi, ai vazut ce se spune in afara, ca turistii straini ocolesc Romania pentru disconfortul si lipsa de civiliztie de-aici (mai precis lipsa toaletelor).. pacat, pentru ca se pot construi aceste refugii de restriste, fie punand taxe si la intrarea pe o portiune (ce se va amenaja) din plaja, fie din sponsorizari ale agentilor economici (as face cabine de dus sau toalete sub forma de sticle/cutii de bauturi racoritoare/bere si firma respectiva careia i se face reclama sa plateasca o parte din intretinerea zonei)... Apoi parcarile.. daca ai fost la Venetia ai vazut ca, la intrarea in oras dinspre partea rutiera salasuiesc niste parcari mamut... o parcare de tipul ala ar fi binevenita la intrarea in Mamaia, dupa capatul troleibuzelor, sub forma unui bloc, avand atat nivele subterane cat si vreo 4-5 nivele deasupra... daca mai gasesti inca vreo 2-3 locuri d-astea si in Mamaia (unul de exemplu la iesirea spre Navodari, altul in subteranul Satului de vacanta, altul sub Aqua Magic), cred ca omie, poate chiar 2-3 mii de locuri ca si capacitate suplimentara vor acoperi mai mult din necesitatile actuale si, in plus, vor atrage si mai multi turisti (adica mai multi bani din taxe si cheltuieli locale). Altfel...numai bine si spor la treaba, ca ce faci faci cu cap ( ca in reclama aia, "Fac ce vreau da fac cu cap"). Sauzim numai de bine!

Cred ca este prea putin important daca platesti 3 lei pentru a ajunge la un bar unde nota de plata este de cel putin 300 de lei. Alta este ideea care ma deranjeaza si anume: de ce constanteanul nu plateste cand se duce la distractie? Cum la fel de legitima este intrebarea unui calarasean care se duce cu nu stiu ce treaba in aceasta statiune, in interes de serviciu si trebuie sa plateasca aceasta trecere precum o taxa de protectie .... of, de parca l-ar proteja cineva ... de orice ... de la caini ... pana la hotii de si din masini .... Nea Radu, oi fi mata iubit de constanteni dar esti hulit de restul tarii. Retine: nu pentru taxa - care este ok - ci de modul cum o aplici. Rusinica!

Sunt curios daca a reusit cineva care locuieste in Navodari, Corbu, etc. dar care conduce o masina inmatriculata in afara judetului (si care nu e in leasing) sa obtina permis de libera trecere prin Mamaia... Eu sunt din Navodari si lucrez in Constanta. Am masina de serviciu si zilnic trec prin Mamaia spre si de la munca. Am fost vineri la Centrul de Informare de pe str. Ecaterina Varga, am depus o cerere pentru eliberarea unui permis de libera trecere, am primit un nr. de inregistrare si un tremen in care voi primi raspunsul in scris, la domiciliu. Si acum tineti-va bine: termenul este de 30 zile :)) (trece vara pana primesc raspunsul). Voi posta si aici raspunusul, daca il voi mai primi...

AM citit dialogurile de mai sus. O partre sunt relevante dar cea mai mare parte sut raspunsuri care arata neputinta. Nu asta este problema mea acum. As vrea un raspuns la urmatoarea problema: inteleg ca daca vrei sa mergi in mamania - Brandul romanesc / constantean care este comparat cu "produsul pe soseaua de centura" (foarte tare d-nule Mazare !!!) trebuie sa palatesti taxa. Cum ramane cu tranzitul ??!! Eu tranzitez mamaia si nu vreau sa produc nimic. Vreau sa ajung de la C-ta la Navodari. Ce fac? Platesc taxa pentru ce? Ca doar nu am luat nici o fetita?! As vrea si eu un raspuns la intrabarea mea d-nule Mazare. Mai am o intrebare pentru cei care sunt indeajuns de naivi sa creada ca acest blog va schimba ceva dar care au cunostinte juridice: este constitutional sa ingradesti liberul acces in tara asta? Edi my man... stai linistit ca fatalaul asta oricum n-o sa raspunda la mesajele care nu-i plac. Oricum, asa cum am mai spus, are un negru pe plantatie care se ocupa de blog deci nu-ti fa sperante ca insusi primarul iti raspunde!! Primarul tau de cacat este mult prea ocupat cu frecat la buci braziliene, defilat pe podium in stil penibil, de aratat aroganta din masini de epoca sau mai stiu eu ce altceva, care oricum nu tine de bunul mers al urbei.
