Mai Mihaie ceea ce vorbesti tu nu este corect.In primul rand nu te tine mimeni sa pleci la tara acolo unde este frumos drumul.Si in al doilea rand eu am teren si casa acolo de sute de mii de euro dar nu mi-a dat nici mazare nici tu bani.Si inca ceva tu crezi ca cei care stau in cartierul de vile nu-si platesc darile la stat,ba da si stau in mocirla pana-n gat.Eu te sfatuesc sa taci din gura si sa te duci sa te culci .

Domnule Primar Radu Stefan Mazare va rog sa vizitati si cartierul Inel 2 sa vedeti ce strazi avem aici ( zona Primo ). In ultimii anii s-au construit aici o gramada de vile. Din cauza acestor vile si a masinilor de tonaj ridicat folosite la ridicarea cladirilor si a lucrarilor executate in carosabil pentru racordarea la utilitati strazile arata depolrabil. Au stiut sa faca cratere in carosabil, dar nici gand sa repare. Au bani sa isi faca vile de sute de mii de euro si sa umble cu masini de lux, dar nu au banii sa repare carosabilul. Si un drum la tara arata mai bine. Va rog sa luati masuri !

Salut! O sa imi spun pe parcursul timpului cateva pareri si poate o sa tii cont de ele. Pentru azi, vin cu o recomandare pentru fluidizarea traficului pe toate stradutele din cartiere: toti proprietarii de vile si viloaie sa fie obligati sa isi parcheze masinile in curtile proprii. nu mi se pare normal ca unii sa isi faca vile de sute de mii de euro si apoi sa parcheze pe strada cate 2-3 masini si astfel sa blocheze o banda de circulatie. Asa cum si-au construit vilele ar trebui sa isi construiasca parcare multietajata!!!

Domnule Primar , sa nu ne intelegeti gresit , va iubim in mare parte toti cei ce v`am votat, dar trebuie sa intelegeti ca avem si doleante. Va sustinem si daca putem va vom sustine si mai mult cu soseaua de coasta, ar trebuii sa facem o scrisoare deschisa si sa o semnam cu totii , toti constanteii care se gandesc la soarta acestui oras. Stiti cum se zice unde`s multi puterea creste :) Sa`i bombardam si saturam cu scrisori si petitii pana se plictisesc de noi si ne lasa o data sa facem blestemata de sosea . VA ROG FRUMOS , angajati un administrator de site competent sa ii mai blocheze pe cei de sus cu spamm`urile , pentru ca strica pe aici tot. Ar trebuii ca din scurtul dvs. timp sa va faceti timp sa discutati si cu noi constantenii, poate va aducem la cunostinta lucruri mult mai importante si reale decat toti consilierii dvs afaceristi care nu au timp de constanta. O parcare multietajata in dreptul cazino mamaia cu parterul amenajat in acelasi stil cu cel de peste bulevard. - parter de aprox 10-15m inaltime plin cu fantani si ronduri de flori, banci, etc. - 4-5 etaje de parcare cu 145 locuri de parcare pe etaj - fiecare coloana de beton prevazuta cu un spatiu mic cu pamant unde sa se planteze plante cataratoare (in aprox 3 ani cladirea va fi complet acoperita cu frunze verzi placute la vedere, o metoda naturista a celei cu placile de cupru de la mall) - intrarea in parcare pe baza de jeton cu plata la iesire (vezi aeroport otopeni) - pasarela pietonala peste bulevard ce ar fluidiza traficul, chiar si cel rutier. Avantaje: - nu se mai pierd bani prin agentii de parcare ("iti dau 10 mii si nu mai tai bilet, ok?") - castigarea unui spatiu verde pentru plibmari si promenada (impaci si varza si capra) - legatura cu pontonul de pe malul lacului si dezvoltarea lui in acelasi stil cu portul tomis - rezolvarea problemei cu locurile de parcare intr-un loc extrem de vehiculat, in special ptr noi care mergem la sf de sapt in mamaia si ne lovim de barierele hotelurilor. Ce parere aveti? AM NISTE RUGAMINTI. Sa se faca cu cap si cu simt estetic asa cum a-ti facut si pana acum. Se pot face si restul de parcari din mamaia si constanta tot pe aceasta baza de plante. Si daca tot faceti parcari multietajate a-ti putea sa mai spargeti si ceva asfalt prin constanta sa facem mai multe spatii verzi in locul garajelor "splendide" care in nici un caz nu gazduiesc masini (daca nu ma credeti puteti sa verificati). Va multumesc si astept parerile despre ideea mea. Felicitari pentru noul mandat castigat si la mai multe.

Locuiesc pe strada Horia Hulubei care practic nu exista. Nu exista nici o delinitare sa sti care este de fapt strada. In campania electorala anterioara s-a promis pietruirea tuturor strazilor din judet. Eu locuiesc in municipiul Constanta si cu toate acestea am nevoie de un "tractor" ca sa pot ajunge la propria casa in perioadele ploioase. Aceasta strada este situata in Zona Constanta Sud-Veterani. Tot ce vreau este un drum pietruit si retea de curent electric in zona. V-as fi recunoscator pentru un raspuns

Nu stiu daca ati observat , dar e cel putin un accident rutier pe b-dul A. vlaicu intre zona METRO si podul in constructii , zona SEAT , pt ca pe tot bulevardul in zona mentionata NU E NICI O TRECERE DE PIETONI SI LINIA DUBLA DE SEPARARE A SENSURILOR DE MERS E INTRERUPTA DOAR UNDEVA IN ZONA ARABESQUE , unde se poate intoarce masina !!!! E inadmisibil ! Sunt o gramada de pietoni care trebuie sa faca jaloane printre masini ( ma refer aici la complexul en gross HISTRIA de unde imi fac cumparaturile ca multi alti constanteni ). cand trec strada imi vine in minte jocul cu broasca care trebuia sa treaca printre masini. Vorbiti cu cei de la circulatie poate puteti desena cateva treceri de pietoni in zona respectiva. O alta sugestie ar fi un sens giratoriu tot in zona respectiva , BLACK SEA , cu varianta OVIDIU.....pt ca cei care vin de pe varianta stau si 10 minute sa faca stanga Multumesc pt rabdarea avuta si sper sa castigati alegerile.

Buna ziua, va apreciez mult, dl Primar. Problema mea este asfaltul de pe drumul Dj 226 midia-corbu-sacele-iastria-sinoe-mihai viteazul...este jalnic!! in vara lui 2009 s-au facut mici "reparatii" pentru 3 gropi au reparat 6 zile... practic muncitorii stateau la umbra si asteptau...sa vina bitumul... venea la ora 4 si pt o groapa nu mai mult. Acum ca a trecut iarna s-au facut MULT mai MULTE gropi imposibil de circulat :( (stiu ca nu tine de dumneavoasta aceasta problema dar ma roade...si nu stiu cu cine sa vorbesc) va multumesc ;)
