D-nule primar FELICITARI pentru alegeri,dar am si eu o nelamurire.Nr meu de repartitie este 5701 si conform instiintari care am primit-o acasa ar trebui sa primesc locuinta in 2011 dar dupa socotelile facute de mine pana acum nu prea corespund.Si as m-ai vrea sa va intreb daca ma casatoresc o sa mai beneficiez de acest program? Inca o data felicitari pentru rezultatele obtinute. Am si eu o intrebare, daca imi este permis. Dupa cum bine stim, fiecare dintre cei care au depus dosar pentru locuinta, au primit acele repartitii acasa. Banuiesc, ca acesta este primul pas, dar care vor fi pasii urmatori? Cum vom fi anuntati fiecare dintre noi cand vom trebui sa intocmim documentele necesare pentru intrarea in posesie? (cu cat timp inainte? Multi dintre noi, trebuind sa faca un credit la banca. ) Multumesc.

buna ziua, domnule primar am 2 intrebari la care va rog frumos sa ma lamuriti -repartitia de apartament nr. 6139, conf.repartitiei oficiale primite, ar trebui alocata in 2011. cum e posibil acest lucru, daca in 2009 sunt cca 700 apt, in 2010 cca 2000 (conf. declaratiei dvs.)- deci 2700, iar in 2011 ar trebui restul de cca 3440 apt numai pana la 6139, dar de fapt construiti cca 2500-3000 unitati locative pe an? ce sanse sunt si cum? -a 2-a intrebare la care va rog din suflet sa imi raspundeti: cum afla efectiv ca poate veni sa ia in primire locuinta? se actualizeaza listele? (sigur vor mai renunta), se reafiseaza periodic? primeste acasa notificare? care va fi modalitatea? cum putem stii ca se respecta numerele de ordine? -va multumesc anticipat si astept cu incredere raspunsul Dvs. V-am votat pentru ca am incredere in ce vreti sa faceti si apreciez ce ati facut pana acum.

Buna seara si felicitari pentru noul mandat. Am si eu o intrebare, am fost repartizara in urma tragerii la sorti la nr 11000 si ceva, dupa cum am primit acasa "decizia" randul meu vine prin 2013, pretul ap cu cat ar putea creste pana atunci ? Acum stam cu chirie si ma gandesc daca pana atunci voi putea reusi sa mai strang ceva bani, oricum nu prea am din ce strange, fiind profesor. Daca in 5 ani ap ar ajunge la 40.000E poate mi-as permite sa mai as dar daca vor creste mult mai mult .....................ce voi face!

Buna ziua! am si eu o intrebare in legatura cu programul de subventionare a dobanzii cu 50%, in cazul in care am avut cerere depusa in acest an la care am primit raspuns favorabil (dar nu am putut rezolva cu achizitionarea apartamentului in cele 60 de zile) va intreb daca mai am dreptul sa pot depune o cerere la sediul primariei in anul 2009 avand in vedere ca in mod absolut sigur nu voi avea nici eu nici sotul vreo proprietate pe numele nostru.

Buna ziua, In speranta ca voi primi un raspuns va adresez si eu cateva intrebari.Inainte de toate tin sa mentionez ca sunt casatorita de 11 ani,am 32 de ani si o fetita de 10 ani(pe parcurs veti sesiza relevanta acestor date personale).In anul 2000 am depus un dosar pentru o locuinta in acel program pentru tinerii casatoriti.Abia se nascuse fetita si am mers pe Ecaterina Varga cu toate actele necesate,am fost inregistrati si ni s-a spus sa asteptam.In timp am primit cateva notificari prin care eram anuntati ca am acumulat un nr de.... puncte si ca ar mai fi nevoie de ceva acte la dosar pt a fi complet.Toate aceste lucruri s-au intamplat in decursul a nici mai mult nici mai putin de 10 ani.Timp de 10 ani am tot asteptat,am tot sperat,fetita noastra a crescut ,intra in clasa a 4 a,noi mai avem putin si ajungem la varsta de 35 de ani cand o sa ni se spuna ca am depasit pragul de tineri casatoritisi nu ne mai pot da locuinta.Oare exista intelegere pentru asemenea situatie?Vi se pare de bun simt acest lucru?Sa trimiti o adresa din timp in timp in care anunti persoana ca a acumulat un punctaj de..... si ca inca nu este apta sa primeasca o locuinta.Imi este peste puteri sa accept si sa inteleg aceasta situatie pe care nici nu stiu cum sa o cataloghez.Am mers pe la notari sa legalizam tot felul de acte pt a le anexa la dosar,am mers de nu stiu cate ori la sediul R.A.E.D.P.P si de fiecare data acelasi raspuns automat:daca nu va regasiti pe liste inseamna ca mai aveti de asteptat pt ca nu aveti punctajul necesar.In functie de ce se calculeaza acest punctaj?In functie de spaga?In functie de locul de munca al parintilor si de numarul de masini din parcare?Ultima data ne-au cerut diplomele de studii pt a completa dosarul. Spuneti-mi va rog in cazul in care apartamentele si garsonierele nu se vor ocupa si respectand conditiile... adica fac parte din acei tineri care au nevoie de locuinte ieftine (am 28 de ani, nu detin alte proprietati), voi putea in vreun fel sa ma inscriu in acest program sau sa cumpar o garsoniera?
