Taxa de acces auto in Mamaia, de la 1 iunie

Primarul Constanţei, Radu Mazăre, a declarat ieri că taxa de intrare în staţiunea Mamaia va fi percepută începînd cu 1 iunie. Tarifele practicate vor fi aceleaşi ca şi în sezonul estival 2007. Astfel, pentru fiecare maşină ce nu este înmatriculată în Constanţa, taxa de barieră este de 3 lei, la fiecare intrare în staţiune, un abonament pentru 24 de ore costă 4 lei, unul pentru şapte zile, 23 de lei, iar pentru întreg sezonul estival, abonamentul costă 246 de lei.
Taxa de barieră a fost reintrodusă la jumătatea lunii iunie 2007, după ce magistraţii Curţii de Apel Constanţa au decis, printr-o sentinţă definitivă şi irevocabilă, că taxele speciale instituite de administraţia locală sînt legale. Sentinţa s-a referit, pe lîngă taxa de barieră, la taxa de utilizare a tramei stradale, taxa pentru irigaţii, taxa pentru siguranţa şi liniştea publică şi cea pentru staţiile de telefonie mobilă, după ce prefectul judeţului, Dănuţ Culeţu, a atacat taxele respective în contencios administrativ, deoarece le considera ilegale. În Mamaia vor fi amenajate, În acest sezon estival, 14 puncte de salvamar. Primăria Constanţa beneficiază, conform legii, de fonduri de la autorităţile centrale pentru organizarea serviciului de salvamar. Suma pentru cele 14 puncte de salvamar este, în acest an, de 1.000.000 de lei şi a fost alocată cu întîrziere de guvernanţi. După transferul fondurilor guvernamentale în bugetul local, Primăria a început procedurile de organizare a acestui serviciu, asigurat, din 2002, de Asociaţia Scafandrilor Profesionişti.
