Primele contracte pentru case subventionate de Primarie

Primarul Constanţei, Radu Mazăre, a semnat, ieri, primele trei acorduri de finanţare nerambursabilă pentru case achiziţionate prin programul Primăriei privind subvenţionarea a 50% din dobînda plătită de tinerii constănţeni sub 35 de ani la creditul ipotecar pentru cumpărarea primei locuinţe. Cosmin Tănase, Bogdan Brotea şi familia Alexandru şi Carmen Necula sînt primii beneficiari ai programului iniţiat de primarul Constanţei, care, prezenţi la semnarea documentelor, s-au arătat surprinşi de rapiditatea cu care au primit avizele de la municipalitate.
„În numai 10 zile am primit acasă avizul, deşi noi ne aşteptam la timpi de răspuns mai lungi", a afirmat Bogdan Brotea. Tinerii au explicat că, după ce au parcurs toate procedurile bancare, au ajuns la concluzia că municipalitatea va suporta aprox. 30% din costurile totale de rambursare a creditului ipotecar pe care l-au contractat pentru o perioadă de 30 de ani. Primarul Constanţei a declarat că programele lansate de Primărie pentru ajutorarea tinerilor reprezintă un sprijin important pentru generaţiile care vor beneficia de ele, sprijin de care alte generaţii nu au avut parte. „A beneficiat de un sprijin similar generaţia părinţilor mei, iar după 1990, pînă acum, nicio generaţie nu a mai avut un sprijin asemănător. Acum 10-15 ani nici nu se punea problema unui astfel de ajutor pentru tineri. Nu va fi uşor pentru municipalitate. Sînt cheltuieli care vor fi suportate 20-30 de ani de bugetul local. Vor fi cheltuieli mari şi pentru iinfrastructura locuinţelor ieftine. Dar este un proiect pe care trebuie să ni-l asumăm. Avem alocat pentru subvenţii de dobînzi pentru anul în curs 2 milioane de euro şi pentru construcţia blocurilor alte 3 milioane de euro", a spus Mazăre.
Pînă în prezent, la Primărie au fost depuse 350 de dosare pentru programul de subvenţionare a dobînzilor pentru creditele ipotecare. Primarul se aşteaptă la o creştere a numărului dosarelor, după tragerea la sorţi care va fi organizată pe 17 mai pentru cel de-al doilea program destinat tinerilor, privind construcţia locuinţelor ieftine. „Cred că mulţi tineri, după tragerea la sorţi, dacă vor avea un orizont de aşteptare de 4-5 ani, primind repartiţia printre ultimii, vor aluneca din programul de locuinţe ieftine în programul cu dobînda. Ne aşteptăm, după tragerea la sorţi, să avem un asalt la depunerea de dosare pentru subvenţionarea dobînzii. Ne-am gîndit ca ajutorul dat de primărie să atingă două segmente de tineri. Programul de locuinţe ieftine este mai convenabil decît celălalt în ce priveşte preţul pe metru pătrat, dar, în cel de-al doilea, tinerii îşi pot achiziţiona pe loc locuinţa şi în zona în care doresc ei. Iată că, în ciuda celor care cobesc şi anunţă că nu vom reuşi să ducem programele la bun sfîrşit, am început unul din programe şi, aşa cum funcţionează acesta, va funcţiona şi cel privind construcţia locuinţelor", a declarat Mazăre. În ce priveşte programul de locuinţe ieftine, Mazăre a anunţat că, în viitoarele cartiere pentru tineri, vor fi construite blocuri cu 20-25 de etaje.
