Persoane platite se dau drept functionari ai Primariei si telefoneaza celor care urmeaza sa cumpere locuinte ieftine, anuntandu-i ca, daca nu au salariul de minimum 1.000 de euro pe luna sau nu indeplinesc alte conditii aberante, vor fi exclusi din program. Nu trebuie sa credeti ceea ce vi se spune la telefon de catre aceste persoane! In momentul primirii repartitiei esti inclus definitiv in program. Cand iti va veni randul sa primesti locuinta, o poti plati cash sau prin banca, putand garanta creditul imobiliar cu locuinta si terenul aferent. Daca primesti astfel de telefoane, te rugam sa semnalezi la tel. 0241708164 sau 0241708185.
Scrisoarea Primarului catre constănţeni:
"Dragă tinere constănţean,
Am informaţii că, din ordinul unui partid politic aflat în campanie electorală, s-a constituit un centru de comunicaţii cu scopul de a te dezinforma.
Pesoane plătite se dau drept funcţionari ai Primăriei si telefonează celor care urmează să cumpere locuinţe ieftine, anunţându-i că, dacă nu au salariul de minimum 1.000 de euro pe lună sau nu îndeplinesc alte condiţii aberante, vor fi exclusi din program.
Totul este o minciună pusă la cale de nelegiuiţi care vor să distrugă realizarea Proiectului "locuinłe IEFTINE PENTRU TINERI".
Pentru fapta lor am facut plângere penală la poliţie si Parchet, întrucât încalcă art. 206 privind calomnia, art. 215 privind înselăciunea, art. 240 privind uzurparea de calităţi Oficiale si art. 293 privind falsul identităţii din Codul Penal.
În momentul primirii repartiţiei esti inclus definitiv în program. Când îţi va veni rândul să primesti locuinţa, o poţi plăti cash sau prin bancă, putând garanta creditul imobiliar cu locuinţa si terenul aferent.
Singurele informaţii reale sunt cele oferite pe cale oficială de către Primărie, prin Primar sau prin Centrul de informare pentru cetăţeni din str. Ecaterina Varga nr. 25-27, Tel. 0241708185 sau 0241708164, si cele postate pe site-ul Primăriei (www.primariaconstanta.ro).
Dacă primesti astfel de telefoane ticăloase, te rog să semnalezi la tel. 0241708164 sau 0241708185."
