3020 de tineri isi vad visul mai aproape de realitate
Primarul Constantei, Radu Stefan Mazare, a anuntat astazi intr-o conferinta de presa care este planul de constructie al celui de-al doilea cartier de locuinte ieftine pentru tineri. Constructia noului cartier va incepe anul viitor (amplasat in vecinatatea primului cartier pe 4 hectare - proprietatea Primariei, pe strada Barbu Delavrancea).
S-au preconizat 3020 de unitati locative (2000 apartamente + 1020 garsoniere, prevazute cu balcon); vor fi construite blocuri de 20 etaje (-2 +P + 20 - astfel scade costul infrastucturii la jumatate decat daca ar fi fost P+10); blocurile vor fi prevazute cu parcari subterene ~ 500 locuri; parcare la sol 765 locuri; 3 parcari etajate ~ 750 locuri. In plus, pentru cei mici se vor amenaja 7 locuri de joaca. Noul cartiei va avea si propria sectie de politie.

D-LE PRIMAR ma numesc Marian Mirela si am depus si eu dosar pentru programul " locuinte ieftine pentru tineri". In urma tragerii la sorti mi s-a dat nr. de repartitie 2791( apartament). In cd-ul cumparat scrie ca anul primirii locuintei pentru nr. de repartitie 1044 - 4000 este 2010. Neintelegerea vine de la faptul ca din cele 1044 locuinte din 2009 700 sunt apartamente si restul garsoniere. In anul 2010 din cele 3020 se preconizeaza ca 2000 sunt apartamente si restul garsoniere. 700 APARTAMENTE IN 2009 + 2000 APARTAMENTE IN 2010 = 2700. DECI REZULTA FAPTUL CA EU CU NR. 2791 NU VOI BENEFICIA DE LOCINTA IN 2010? VA MULTUMESC ANTICIPAT. ASTEPT RASPUNS

D-le primar, va scriu cu aceeasi nelamurire ca si a d-nei marian mirela.am obtinut nr de repartitie 3256(la apartamente), potrivit caruia ma incadrez in cea de-a doua serie de apartamente, in 2010. Dar, conform nr de apartamente construite,respectiv700 in 2009 si 2000 in 2010, nu ma incadrez. Intrebarea mea este:nu voi primi apartament in 2010 asa cum este prevazut si in adresa cu nr de repartitie primita prin posta din partea dvs. (1045-4000 anul 22010)?Astept raspuns, va multumesc anticipat

buna ziua, domnule primar am 2 intrebari la care va rog frumos sa ma lamuriti -repartitia de apartament nr. 6139, conf.repartitiei oficiale primite, ar trebui alocata in 2011. cum e posibil acest lucru, daca in 2009 sunt cca 700 apt, in 2010 cca 2000 (conf. declaratiei dvs.)- deci 2700, iar in 2011 ar trebui restul de cca 3440 apt numai pana la 6139, dar de fapt construiti cca 2500-3000 unitati locative pe an? ce sanse sunt si cum? -a 2-a intrebare la care va rog din suflet sa imi raspundeti: cum afla efectiv ca poate veni sa ia in primire locuinta? se actualizeaza listele? (sigur vor mai renunta), se reafiseaza periodic? primeste acasa notificare? care va fi modalitatea? cum putem stii ca se respecta numerele de ordine? -va multumesc anticipat si astept cu incredere raspunsul Dvs. V-am votat pentru ca am incredere in ce vreti sa faceti si apreciez ce ati facut pana acum.

Daca se poate sa ne lamureasca si pe noi cineva.Si eu sunt in situatia celor de mai sus.Observ cu stupoare ca numarul de ordine nu mai corespunde si anume pana in 4000 nr de ordine nu o sa aibe locuinta pana in 2010, asa cum s-a spus si cum am primit acasa.Asta se datoreaza faptului ca se construiesc mai multe garsoniere decat s-a spus initial.Si in acest mod cei cu nr de ordine 7000 si ceva, dar care au optat pentru garsoniera o vor avea pana in 2010, nu pana in 2011 sau 2012 cum ar fi normal.Iar noi cu apartamente, o sa luam mult mai tarziu.De ce?

Buna ziua, ca si ceilalti vreau sa stiu cand voi fi repartizata exact. Am numarul de extragere 7728 dar numarul de repartitie 6147, deci in 2011 sau in 2012. Si vreau sa imi poata spune cineva cum se va proceda daca unii nu vor avea banii respectivi si se vor retrage, lista se va urca? (asa mi se pare corect) si se vor face noile tabele pe site-ul Primariei? Multumim si asteptam sa va duceti promisiunea pana la capat.

am aceeasi problema ca cei de mai sus....conform repartizarilor care le-ati trimis prin posta......pe ani....nu corespund cu numarul de locuinte care se construiesc. de asemenea a-ti mai spus ca cei care nu semneaza contractul cu constructorii sau nu au banii la finalizare vor pierde locuinta.....intrebarea ar fi....cum aflam aceste lucruri?

Buna ziua, Cu deosebita stima, In urma extragerii de anul trecut am semnat precontractul de cumparare pentru o garsoniera prin programul "Locuinte ieftine". In prezent insa imi pun problema schimbarii locatiei acesteia din etajul 9 la un etaj inferior convenabil. Credeti ca este posibil? Buna ziua domnule Primar! Sunt intr-o situatie un pic delicata in acest prgram, deoarece am platit 50% avans in favoarea firmei constructoare METAL INTERTRADE, firma care am inteles ca nu mai are fonduri pentru a-si continua constructia, intelegand ca se afla in stare de faliment. Va rog frumos sa imi garantati ca la sfarsitul celor 18 luni (asa cum e mentionat in antecontract) voi primi imobilul promis, indiferent de ce firma constructoare ridica imobilul. Am facut un sacrificiu enorm pentru a da acest avans in speranta de a-mi asigura mutarea cat mai rapida in complex si pentru a le da fonduri firmei, dar in acest moment mi-e frica sa nu pierd acesti bani. Va rog frumos sa imi spuneti cum sa procedez, daca este cazul sa reziliez contractul apeland la clauza forza majora (deoarece contructorul nu isi indeplineste conditiile contractuale) sau daca mi se ofera o alta solutie. Buna ziua Domnule Primar, Avem o admiratie si o stima deosebita pentru personalitatea dumneavoastra,pentru ceea ce este acum orasul Constanta. Impreuna cu sotul meu ne dorim foarte mult o locuinta.Suntem alesi in proiectul al doilea destinat construirii de locuinte ieftine.Noi am strans o parte din bani iar restul prin credit bancar.Cunoastem prieteni,admisi in prima transa dar,care nu isi permit achizitionarea locuintei din pricina crizei si a ratei somajului.Se poate sa ne ajute prin cedarea locului pentru ca noi ne dorim in prima transa?Va rugam frumos,asteptam un raspuns din partea d-voastra. Domnule Primar, Am depus dosar la programul dumneavoastra si din fericire am primit repartitie pt o garsoniera in prima transa de locuinte. Am reusit sa o achit integral dar intre timp m-am casatorit si ne dorim tare mult un copil. Pentru aceasta am avea nevoie de mai mult spatiu decat o garsoniera. Intrebarea mes este daca ar fi posibil sa se faca un schimb al garsonierei cu un apartament. Am depus deja o cerere la primarie in sensul aceasta dar nu am primit nici un raspuns. Buna ziua, E un lucru bun totusi ce se face in constanta ca se construieste apartamente ieftine pentru tineri dar dupa cum ati vazut si dv. multi refuza aceste apartamente din diverse motive. Eu sunt unul dintre cei "eliminati" din aceasta lista pentru ca nu am acceptat un apartament la etajul 9. Cu doar 3 apartamente la etajul 9 firma ABC-val a reusit sa obtina raspuns negativ de la sute de persoane. Am un coleg care este cu mult inaintea mea pe listele si el a renuntat la un apartament la etajul renuntat 9 fiind si ultimul etaj. (probabil o parte din cei "eliminati" ar vrea sa cumpere al etaje intermediare dar nu vor putea pentru ca nu au acceptat oferta pentru etajul 9.) Atat eu cat si colegul meu am fi acceptat sa cumparam aceste apartamente daca erau la un etaj intermediar. (Cu doar 3 apartamente ati retras sute de persoane de la a cumpara un apartament ieftine construit pentru ei.) Din cate am inteles acest refuz de a nu dori la ultimul etaj inseamna a renunta definitiv la aceste locuinte pentru tineri. Eu as fi dispus ca la urmatoarele blocuri contruite sa pot cumpara un apartament la un etaj intermediar dar asta nu se poate conform repartitiilor pentru ca am refuzat odata.

Ma numar printre cei care conform nr de repartizare trebuia sa prind al doilea cartier, insa din cauza celor care s-au retras pentru ca nu au avut bani sa achite avansul impus de 20% am intrat in prima transa de locatari. Toate bune si frumoase, am avut "norocul" sa pot achita cei 20% (aprox 8000 euro), am asteptat ca locuintele sa fie finalizate si m-am prezentat cu toate actele la banci, pt ca in prezent am in derulare 2 dosare la Prima Casa la doua banci diferite. Iar in momentul de fata stau si astept ca prostu pt ca sunt sistate toate dosarele din cauza unor neintelegeri privind perioada in care locuinta nu poate fi instrainata. Primaria a stabilit un termen de 10 ani, iar prin programul Prima Casa se accepta doar 5 ani, si de aici probleme.....Deci oameni buni stati linisiti ca nu a-ti pierdut nimic. Daca tot le-au construit de ce nu au si realizat si o procedura clara si sigura prin care sa il poti achita cat mai ieftin, sa iasa fericiti si contructorii si oamenii, ...pacat de sperantele celor care s-au inscris, pacat de timpul pierdut la banci si la notari si la constructori......Iar acum contrcutorul ne preseaza sa aducem restul banilor, caci altfel ne pierdem locuinta, urmand sa fie repartizata urmatorului la rand. In concluzie in cartierul de locuinte construit de Primarie nu umbla cainii cu colaci in coada....

eu sunt beneficiara la o locuinta ieftina mai precis la garsoniera ,am intampinat si eu probleme cu banca din cauza acelei interdictii de 10 an dar pana la urma sa rezolvat nu va pierdeti speranta incercati la mai multe banci ca sigur o sa reusiti SUCES!

nu stiu la ce firma ati fost dvoastra repartizata si ati vazut "carton"...va garantez ca eu am fost repartizat la COMCM...si este o mare diferenta intre ce au construit ei fata de celelalte firme ptr ca am intrat si in blocurile construite de SOMACO si ABC-val...care intr-adevar arata f ciudat si sunt mai mici ca supraf utila! Singurul perete de rigips din tot apart pe care l-am ales eu este cel de la baie...restul peretilor sunt din BCA placati cu rigips-pereti verificati personal de mine !!! Si faptul ca sunt mai scumpe la COMCM se datoreaza faptului ca supraf utila este mai mare decat la alte firme si sunt altfel repartizate la interior. Avand in vedere faptul concret ca ei monteaza toate caloriferele (ROMSTAL), obiectele sanitare din baie+bucatarie, prize si luminatoare, panou de sigurante fuzibile tip F.I.(declansare automata intr-o fractiune de secunda)...toata instalatia electrica pe cupru....si o mana de culoare ALB peste tot! Singurul lucru de facut la apart acesta este doar gresie+faianta in baie+bucatarie, culoare pe pereti+parchet laminat...si mobila. Ce nu mi-a placut si este aiurea conceput este ca geamul de la bucatarie este f mare ! Toate geamurile termopan GEALAN. Daca dvoastra imi aratati un apart NOU la pretul de 41225 EURO...cu dotarile si supraf utila care le au acestea...eu va garantez ca il cumpar !!! Cam intarzie cei de la COMCM cu actele finale...dar asta se intampla oriunde ! Va spun sigur ca prin achizitionarea unei astfel de locuinte economisiti cel putin intre 800 si 1500 euro pe care i-ati fi dat numai pe comision unei agentii imobiliare Felicitari ptr COMCM si ptr RADU MAZARE ! Cadastrul, intabularea,indiviziunea costa undeva intre 2-3 euro/mp construit...acte care sunt deja date de COMCM fara nici un ban in plus. Certificatul energetic 1,5-2,5euro/mp construit...de aici rezulta inca vreo 300-600 euro economisiti ! Si plus ca fiecare scara are propria centrala pe gaze...cu aparatura destul de scumpa (ptr ca am vazut cu ochii mei ce au montat acolo si cunoscut calitatea produselor). Asa ca terminati cu aberatiile ca sunt naspa, ca sunt din "carton" cand multi dintre cei care posteaza mesaje aici nici macar nu s-au dus sa le vada...ci au decis sa renunte numai din auzite. Sau nu au avut cei 20% impusi...ptr ca prefera sa se plimbe cu un BMW si in fiecare seara sa semneze "condica" pe Bdul.TOMIS si in weekend prin cluburile de fitze din Cta
